I got this VPN for Netflix.

The macOS application was not compatible with the version of macOS, so I had to go with manual install. Which is not very easy for someone with not enough computer knowledge.

The support department is pretty quick in answering, and they found the right server to access Netflix.

So far so good.

I had quite a good impression at first sight but need more time to conclude if this VPN fits my needs. However, I cannot find the app on Mac app store. It should be there for convenience.

Great product, great price. I am not a techy and needed some technical support. Sorted with one email in less than a few hours. Excellent.

Have been using Bullet VPN for about 4 months and have never had a day when I felt like I needed more. They have been very forthcoming with any kind of support query you raise and have always delivered.

In terms of speed and availability of servers, I would say they are pretty optimal for my usage.

Can watch US Netflix using a few of their US servers though not all .Netflix has been real efficient in blocking servers but Bullet seems to have one or two which works.

I use it to play on Xbox One.
1. I create WiFi Hot Spot on my PC.
2. Then I run BulletVPN and select preferable server.
3. Finally connect console to my WiFi Hot Spot.

New exclusive Xbox One game Bless Unleashed MMO doesnt allow russian gamers play the game. Somehow it recognizes russian IP's and blocks them. BulletVPN helped me a lot! I turn it on and play game without problems. My tests from using BulletVPN: low ping, fast speed, stable connection and valid support.

I have been using Bullet just for a week and I’m very satisfied with the service. Good amount of servers and great speeds. BulletVPN has one of the most helpful, friendly and efficient customer support I’ve ever used. The feedback is very fast and effective.

I have only been using BulletVPN for one day, but so far I am very happy with the service. I am getting excellent download speeds, which are basically the same as when not to connected to the VPN.

But more importantly, they provide very responsive and helpful customer support. I had some minor issues with the VPN and the issues were resolved quickly via live chat. With several other VPNs, I've experienced terrible customer support. Often, not only do the customer support agents I've talked to via live chat, only provide very basic support, which is often of little help, but the support provided through support tickets is also often not much better. That's certainly not the case with all other VPNs. But I have had bad experiences with more VPNs than I have received good customer service from. So I was impressed with the level of support I received from BulletVPN via live chat.

One downside, is that at the moment, their Windows software is very basic. However they have told me that a new version with more features is coming soon.

BulletVPN really goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service, second to none. The VPN itself comes with a variety of servers, although the amount could be more. Altogether, a very satisfied customer here!

Stable, Reliable & Great Customer Service

I've always loved BulletVPN, their service is stable and reliable and their Customer Service has always been swift and accurate. I recently transitioned from a monthly plan to buying a lifetime pass and the transition was a little confusing for my computer. Sent an inquiry to their customer service team and they fixed the issue, which was kind of my mistake, in a jiff.

There's no notifications letting the user know the connection status. Not in Android (notifcation bar), and not in Windows (task tray). To find out, you need to either open the app or open up a browser that tells you your IP (and see if it's different than what it actually is). Also, on windows startup, you have to manually launch the program, login, then connect. The "automatically connect" feature only works AFTER you login in after opening the program. Talk about all the pros you want, but until these basic things that are standard in any other VPN I've tried get fixed, I would NOT recommend BulletVPN at all.

Update 2/24/2020: Well, it's been a few weeks and still no updates. Still the same issues. Almost half a year and no updates for Android. I'll change my review again if/when there's an update.

Very fast vpn server, quality feel on web surfing and steaming.

The BulletVPN support is far from excellent. The are SUPERIOR! Stuck with me for days & nights to help resolve the issue of the VPN not connecting to any servers on my FireTV stick.
Now that is what I call "customer service."
