Website failed and I didn't realise. Luckily I emailed them (you can't contact them by telephone), to ask how they would like me logos sending. I was emailed back promptly stating I had not ordered any embroidery or printing! My advice is to not use their website if you did want to order from this company. I won't use them again. The replies were quite fast but there was a severe lack of detail and communication in each one. If they were a little more talkative with how we could resolve the issue then this would have been a 4-star review.

Shocking service placed a initial order before we bulk buy poor contact them when we ask for update informed the product is heavily stained now they have refunded order avoid at all costs we are instructing trading standards and ombudsman

Just purchased the orange high vis hoodie with personalised lettering, quality for price is unmatched, got to work today all the lads want one ! If your thinking of buying any work wear I fully recommend these.

Ordered a few products from here brilliant service 5* great all around company definitely recommend.

Their “customer service” is a joke. You cannot reach them by phone and any email response either takes an age or, if they don’t like the question, gets ignored. They sent me shirts that clearly did not conform to the spec sheet for size and I had to pay for the return. They have now ignored me when asking for a refund in line with their own policy. A company best avoided if you want any sort of customer service.

Ordered printed T-shirts on a Monday. Had the design approved by Tuesday, and delivered by Friday that week for a large order.

Print quality is good and the tops are also decent quality.

Cheaper than every other company I could find.

They deserve a higher star rating!

I ordered 2 items on their website on 19/12/2022
I am still waiting for them...
On 28/12/2022 I sent them an email but they replied with the tracker number, the parcel tracker said the parcel will be delivered tomorrow, still waiting for it.
I sent them 2 emails yesterday but I haven't had any response from them.
Just unbelievable how they did lied to me saying that everything was sorted out when they didn't even care about my order and my money.

Ordered hiviz work wear from these guys a few times now and the kempton work range is brilliant can't fault it fast delivery to and well priced keep up the great 👍🏻 work......I'll be back soon for a new order....5☆

This is an absolute joke of a company. No customer service whatsoever. Nobody answers the phone and any response by email regarding queries about my order were completely useless. When I pointed out to them that their customer service was poor they cancelled my order! Ha ha. What a completely incompetent and unfriendly company. Do not order from here
