Timely delivery
This came in an envelope sealed around the bottle and a tongue depressor stick secured to it with a rubber band. It was odd but if that's what it takes to get it safely and in one piece to my address, I guess that's what I accept. The product was good so I was glad it came alright.

Bad service
It’s been nearly three weeks since my order was taken and I received notice that it was delivered but received nothing! The answer from bulk supplements was to give it three or four more days.A non answer in my opinion.Is it up to me to contact the shipper?

My order was lost
My order was lost. I wrote you an email and you replaced it but your response email didn’t make me feel good. You said I should buy the $3 insurance. It was a subscription that I couldn’t remember if it was available. Why is that not included in your service? Simply I want to buy a product and get it. If it’s lost, it has nothing to do with me. Include the peace of mind in the cost of your products. If I was out my money because your shipping service lost it I sure as hell wouldn’t spend another dollar with you. Regardless of your product, you’re in the service industry. I’m not mad I’m just disappointed. The whole thing left a bad taste in my mouth and leaves me on the fence about moving forward with another order. Yeah I got my $140 order replaced but it made me feel stupid.
