I've deposited funds for 10k checks, took 3 days (!) asking me pay x3 to speed it up. Ok, but then I've deposited $80 for 100k checks and here comes the fun: it said verification will take 3 weeks! or I can pay x3 to speed it up.
They only display time frame expected once you started checking, not before! Along with their "offers".

Taking onto account that this thing is NOT a validation, but just a simple cleanup with SMTP based connects and blacklist - these guys use unethical approach and smell like scam.

Asked for a refund: denied. All sales are final. Scammers literally

As others suggested, stay away from this fake email checker. I bought their service to verify around 46k emails of my forum members before sending them notification email. Out of those they gave me 36k checked emails. I sent around 2k emails from checked list and still more than 400 got bounced because email address didn't exist! Now I confronted them about this issues and multiple conversations on email, they said those emails are valid, while in actual they are not!

So I bought 500000 credits, withing a few hours of buying the credits they locked my account. So basically I paid money started the process and then lost access. They then requested a copy of my drivers license to prove that it matched the billing info on the credit card. I sent it, but they are still saying they can't reactivate me account because they can't verify its not fraud. What more do you need besides a picture ID with a matching address to the credit card used?!?!?

Their time estimates are way too optimistic for large lists. For example, their estimate to validate a 50,000 contact list was 2 days, and a week later it was only 70% completed. We contacted their support phone number which they list on their receipts, but that number isn't staffed (according to them). We then paid extra for a speed boost, and out list finally processed. We do not recommend this service.

I've used their service several times for 1 time verification tasks (50k emails) They are the cheapest price I've been able to find on the internet. The dashboard is user friendly and is very clear telling you how much time it will take. Deliverability after cleaning is 98.5-99.5%

I recommend breaking your email lists into smaller chunks for faster processing -- 3 groups is max at one time.
