You sent me a used product. Covered in dirt and dust. Not happy. And it’s not even packaged in the correct box! Like why has it been repackaged in 2 different boxes, that are clearly labelled vinyl gloves.

Hello Vorleak,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about the condition of your products and want to assure you that we have been looking into the issue as it was referred to our packing and dispatch team yesterday.
Concerning the boxes, we repurpose boxes from various brands to help reduce waste and our environmental impact - this is why your order may have arrived in differently branded packaging.
Regarding the item, the warehouse manager has confirmed the item is new and unused but we are able to organize a return and refund. We will issue an email to help facilitate this.
