First time ordering and honestly surprised how cheap it was for the amount I got. Quality wasn’t top-shelf but way better than expected at that price.

Always had good experiences with this company until my last order. I order 2 things an only received one. No one will answer on live chat and over sent emails and since Thursday last week I’ve received one email back I sent all information they asked for and screenshots and no reply yet. Hopeing to have it resolved soon….

Bulk Buddy only accepts etransfer with auto deposit. Customer is at the mercy of Bulk Buddy to deliver on what they paid for.

I placed an order on March 7, 2026 (Order #708834) for CBD to manage my elderly dog's pain. As of today (March 24, 2026), still no response.

Here's all my details.

This is my third or fourth attempt reaching out to you for update about a refund or resend order (Order #708834 originally placed on March 7, 2026).

Here are details I have for this order, and the time and efforts I've spent on trying to resolve this issue with Canada Post (the mail delivery service Bulk Buddy chose)

March 23, 2026: Canada Post called and indicated they searched their facility and cannot locate the package. Canada Post indicated they updated the ticket in their CRM to indicate the package cannot be found on their CRM and that you (Bulk Buddy aka ReRoll) is clear to file a claim.

March 20, 2026: I visited the main Canada Post office in my area for support.

March 19, 2026: I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 4th time, and still no package can be found.

March 19, 2026: I emailed Bulk Buddy and no response was received.

March 18, 2026: I responded to Bulk Buddy's request for Order Number (Order #708834).

March 17, 2026: I emailed Bulk Buddy about missing package.

March 17, 2026: Opened a ticket with Canada Post about this missing item. Ticket Number: 0162755591

March 16, 2026:  I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 3rd time, and still no package can be found.

March 13, 2026: I visited the postal outlet where the Delivery Notice indicated to pickup for the 2nd time, and still no package can be found.

March 11, 2026: Delivery Notice left, and I visited the postal outlet to pickup, package has not arrived at postal outlet.

March 7, 2026: Order #708834 placed and paid to Bulk Buddy.

I always had a good experience in the past, but this last order went missing, and getting any help or even an a reply from someone is almost impossible. I waited almost a month before contacting them about the package. I even contacted CanadaPost, the package is deemed lost. BulkBuddy.co still hasn't offered a resolution. I will update if a resolution is found, but I've lost hope. I'm out $150 and no product. I use it medicinally and can't afford to just buy more. I'm so disappointed, I had such confidence in these guys. Not to mention their online help tool says there is someone available to answer, and you never get a reply that way either.

They accept my payment but never send my order and they Ignore my massages

Ive ordered a couple times now and the grade is good for what you pay for sure. Definitely worth the money imo anyway, and Ive smoked for over 20 yrs now. Had an issues 1 time with payment but it all got cleared up. Waiting on another batch of Mike Tyson OG as I speak. These guys beat 95% of prices you see online from all the looking Ive done on similar or lower grade even.

From all the reviews I’ve read, they’re taking everyone’s money this month of March and will shut down their operation. Please boycott this business!

Garbage site. Unprofessional staff that doesn't respond to emails. Ordered 4 ozs. They changed 3 of the 4 kinds. One of the bags was filled with black, moldy weed. Two of the bags weighed under. And they still won't respond to my emails. They owe me money.

I sent crypto I didnt receive my confirmation. I wrote them for HELP SERVICE but no one answered me😕. Plateform looks good. I hope this issues gonna fix m’y problem.

Hello can you please send my tracking number my order number is 5152. Bulkbuddy.ca I ordered from. it’s been 15 days and no tracking number

Don't order unless you want your money stolen and no product sent. It has been well over one month since placing this order. A significant amount of money was sent and supposedly shipped the next day, but the tracking info hasn't been updated since it was first sent on February 4th. Order # 697596. They keep replying here and saying to send an email but there has been multiple emails sent with no response. They ignore their live chat system. This is not acceptable. I'd be happy to edit my reviews if this was rectified but it hasn't been. Shadiest company ever.

Good products but the mailing system is absolutely terrible. 5 days to go from Vancouver to Vancouver island is just sad. If you’re anywhere else in bc you’re going to be waiting atleast a week or two.

Every day I try and contact Bulkbuddy about my order I've been waiting for, now as of today is 35 days waiting. They comment to email them and they're sorry. Well I email them everyday, I try their live Customer Support and get ignored, I have tried every avenue on contacting them. Bulkbuddy, if you see this, I don't want to hear sorry, I want to hear that you are taking care of the problem. All you have to do is pick up the phone and contact Canada Post and start an inquiry. But something simple like that is even too much for you. my order number is 694201. Do something. Until then, I will post daily on here about how you don't care about the customer, just their money. Hopefully nobody else gets ripped off. Day 35 now, let everyone see how many days it takes. I will be posting every day until I get my order, or till I die, and I'm guessing it will be the latter first.

If they read my review they would have seen I sent them a letter or tried contacting them every day for the past month. bulk Buddy, if you read this, get your ass down to Canada Post and start an inquiry. You don't answer on your Live Customer support, you don't respond to emails. my order number is 6942016, I've been waiting since January 26th when I ordered it, it's now March 2nd and still nothing. Canada Post says you have to start the inquiry, not me, and until you do, I get nothing. Not very trustworthy I would say. 4 years I've been dealing with you and you screw me like this. It won't cost you anything to contact Canada Post, but you fail to do that. If you're going to comment on my review at least read it. I have sent you SEVERAL EMAILS, stop trying to look good to the public saying oh we're so sorry, just email us. YOU DON'T READ YOUR EMAILS. I wish I could post the picture of all the emails I sent just to show what lies you say.

So I have placed an order with “BulkBuddy.ca” knowing that I thought it was a legit website in fact that I have placed my order and next thing you know my money has been taken and nobody is contacting me back about my order or even emailing me back so I do not recommend bulk buddy!!!! My order came faster than expected..Buds smelled really good and were of nice size , however after smoking the stuff all you could taste was chemicals and or moth balls ..not quite sure what but definitely wasn't leached properly or flushed w water for the last few weeks .. The taste of chemical was very strong in the bud
