Its taste is awful. It has nothing to do with pistachio ice cream. It also has a weird smell. I couldn’t even have just a little bit. I was really looking forward to try new taste after taking chocolate/vanilla taste of famous brands but it got me really disappointed. I wish I could return it.

Extremely bad experience, not a good products I would say!
I ordered oat meal vanilla, vegan protein powder white chocolate and coconut and essential whey protein powder strawberry. I got these items in carton box and slightly wet as it was raining and the carton was broken when they delivered. Informed customer care about this immediately. With a doubt after 2 days, I have opened oat meal powder and vegan protein powder. It looked dry but when I tasted half a scoop it tasted sour and medicinal smell. Then after couple of days it smelled bad. I did not touch since then, alongside I sent to their customer team about it and they say it looks good in photo and decide that it’s good to consume. I was stunned with that answer as it tastes and smells bad, how will it show in photo. I asked them to take return of the products so they understand further, they said they cannot and no refund at all and when I wrote to them they say that they are investigating since a week now. I don’t trust these products no longer and neither suggest someone!

Tried out the 1 kg peanut butter and vegan proteins from Bulk. Both were delicious and healthy. The protein very ez to drink and doesn't make the water thick. Excellent taste on the chocolate and peanut flavour.

The jerky and biltong had very nice flavor. But I did get some pieces of cartilage which weren't very pleasant. Not a lot, but a few.
Customer service gets an A5++. One bag had been left out of my order, and had been replaced by dried fish rather than dried beef. I wrote them, and got a response very quickly. They gave me the money back for the missing bag, ergo giving me the dried fish for free. I dont really mess with dried fish, but I'm sure one of my friends will enjoy it. Also, it was free, so double enjoyment. I appreciate them and I wouldn't hesitate to order again if I got another hankering for dried beef.

Sale error
What is it with your sale? Pure Whey protein is advertised as 129kr then when one proceeds to buy it turns to 149kr. Both are 500g and Chocalate taste. So disappointing. Then you added two gifts which made me happy but on checking the amount it was 149kr@ and l had 1500g plus other items. I took screen shots should you wish to see. I have complained before about your sale system. Has anyone experienced this?
Your staff aren’t friendly either. I recommend Gymgrossisten instead though your products are good. The pride& sale errors put me off.
