cant see myself ordering again.
The delivery company they work with didn't come to my house and reported it as if I wasn't there - even though not only was I there but the building complex also uses a locker with personal codes.
That was fine, but they sent the delivery to the other end of a nearby city and I had to travel half an hour on 2 buses to get to the store. I tried to contact them in real time but didn't get a response.
The protein bars taste good, although very dry. The powder is a bit harsh in its synthetic taste, even compared to competitors.

Expired product received, customer service refuse to acknowledge
I ordered Essential amino acids, unflavoured.
I received some expired or rotten product, with am absolutely horrible taste.
I tried many unflavoured products before, but this one takes over everything : I put 2-3 big spoons of flavoured mass gainer, one spoon of flavoured protein whey, and a tiny half spoon of this, it still tastes like horrible rotten taste.
I reported to customer service, they offered me a discount code but said they tested the product and it is as it should be.
I didn't want a refund or any compensation I just wanted to report it.
Anyway, I love their products but I recommend to never order this thing.

Great taste, but please improve nutritional transparency
Product Feedback:
I recently ordered the Pure Whey Protein (Salted Caramel), Vegan Protein Powder (Caramel Latte), and Creatine Monohydrate (Natural). I have to say, the taste of both the Vegan protein and the Creatine far exceeded my expectations—especially when compared to similar products from GymBeam.
My flavor ranking:
- Pure Whey (Best flavor)
- Vegan Protein
- Creatine (finally doesn't taste like sand!)
Value for Money:
In terms of value, I will likely stick with the Vegan Protein next time. It offers a higher protein content at a lower price point, which is a big plus.
Area for Improvement (Nutritional Transparency):
I would like to point out that the product images and text can be somewhat misleading. I noticed too late that some flavors contain 1–2g less protein per serving than others. This information is only visible if you look closely at the specific product images. Had this been clearly stated in the main description, I would have chosen a different flavor.
Conclusion:
Overall, I am very satisfied. When these products are on sale, the price is very attractive. I just hope to see more consistent and clear labeling in the future to avoid these small surprises.
