Some months ago I said it was an hidden gem. Well I don't know how hidden it is but it's defenitely a gem. You can trade all products, customer service is great and payout always on time as scheduled.
Again, I'm very happy to work with you.

Payout denied based on rules that don't exist in writing.

I passed all published requirements on my Master Account — consistency at 35%, well below the 40% limit — and submitted my payout request. It was denied. First with a vague reference to "flipping trading days", a term that appears nowhere in their public documentation. Only after repeated follow-up did they reveal this rule is buried in Section 5.6 of the Master Agreement, with no mention of it anywhere on their help pages or dashboard.

Then it got worse. They flagged 6 of my 11 trading days as flipping — including days with negative P&L, which by their own definition cannot be flipping since flipping implies zero risk exposure. They also introduced an informal requirement that each trading day must generate a P&L comparable to my strongest days. This rule exists nowhere in any written policy. My two best days were exceptional — expecting every day to match that level while simultaneously enforcing a 40% consistency cap is a direct contradiction.

The pattern is clear: vague rules, goalposts that move with every response, and requirements invented after the fact to avoid paying out. I am continuing to trade and document everything. Would not recommend.

💯 % scamming, I created account and they did not activate my account for 1 month so they can charge me agaim, contacted customer service for more than 20 times they asking same questions each time someone respond, I sent them the screenshot of errors I get and everyday there is a new agent t asking for same thing, less then zero customer services

I've been trading with BULENOX since 2022 and have received several certificates, but this is the first time I've actually been paid. Now I can say it's a good step forward, and there's still a lot to do. Thank you, BULENOX, for the excellent service. I recommend BULENOX for both beginner and experienced traders. 🙂
