We do not start our despatch until Monday 18th of September, the email you have recieved is most likely to say that your order has been processed, which means that it is in our warehouse ready to be packed, hence why you have not recieved your delivery yet.

Excellent service
I've bought bulbs from this company for several years now, and always been satisfied. There was a small problem with my first attempt to order this year, so I e-mailed them. They quickly sorted out the issue and I was able to order successfully. Rapid responses to customer queries are not always the norm today, in my experience. I can thoroughly recommend buying bulbs from this company.

We have looked into your order and it was packed yesterday and despatched today via DPD Next Day delivery, so your bulbs will be with you tomorrow.
We do state on our website under Delivery that we start despatching our Summer Flowering Bulbs from the middle of February onwards, this is purely because of harvest times and the nature of our business - we have managed to start a week earlier than planned this year which is great news.
We hope this helps and you enjoy the bulbs when you recieve them.
