Can’t Even Get A Final Bill
Bulb has collapsed in Spain like the U.K.
The customer service is in some cheap labour country when they can’t even tell the difference between a U.K. address and a Spanish one.
I asked for a final bill well over a week ago, even sent a final reading and haven’t even had the courtesy of a reply.
You would think a company that could not afford to exist anymore would want money quickly but they seem to have taken the cheap labour or no labour route to saving money.
Good riddance bulb.es you hit rock bottom.
EDIT:
I have a bill to settle and have requested they confirm it is a full and final settlement as I no longer live at the address and BULB have ceased to trade.
Instead of a response to the question I am now getting threatening emails.
Holaluz who have taken over the business are also sending me bills despite the fact I don’t even have a service or live at the address any more.
Their service is even worse which doesn’t bode well for transferred customers.
