We booked Hajj 2025 withBukhari travel

We booked Hajj 2025 with Bukhari Travel, paying £16,000 in advance for a VIP package. What we got was the complete opposite of what was promised:
Zero service and management – nobody organised or supported us properly.
Accommodation was sold as 5-star but was worse than 1-star: dirty rooms, flies, and no cleaning.
Food was very poor quality and not fit for what we paid.
The entire trip was badly managed, stressful, and nothing like what we were sold.

Bukhari Travel feels like a scam operation that takes people’s money and delivers nothing close to what is promised. We feel completely cheated.

Great experience with them

Great experience with them. Passports were given on time and hotels were exactly those which were promised with all services. Travel from Makkah to Madinah and between airports was great. Would definitely recommend.
