Bag wasnt great for me but customer service was exceptional.
Waist straps fall out regularly. And it causes horrendous pain, even when empty on the tops of my shoulders where the straps are. However after reaching out to the company, they have offered me 3 solutions (one of which is a full refund) and have not rushed me into making a decision which I really appreciate. The 45kg may noy be appropriate for a smaller frame. And the straps is unfortunate.

Not as fast as hoped for
The patch looked different than on the homepage. They changed the design. The parcel arrived later than estimated, so I did not have it before the weekend I needed it for.
When raising both to the customer service they explained the background but did not offer/refuse any compensation for both issues.

The bag is so small, I can only fit a picnic inside or a pair of trainers that's it! not worth the money at all!

Ordering my new belt for athletes 2 L stainless bottle was a delight. Couldn’t wait to receive it and use it. Game changer as I had previously used a plastic bottle for a while and wish I had got a stainless bottle before. Surprisingly lightweight and keeps my drink cold all the time. Easy to clean, drink from. Nice strong handle to carry it with.
