1) Ordered a product online.
2) 2 business days later, I received a message that it was not in stock, but was in stock in another color.
3) I responded the same day, requesting the available color.
4) Three business days later, I had received no response to my email, and the order status was shown as pending.
5) Emailed requesting order status, no reply.
6) Two business days later, emailed again to request order status.
7) Two business days later, I received an email stating Rise was checking with their distributor.
8) Two business days later, no additional information was provided.
9) I’m now attempting to cancel the order.

I would recommend NOT ordering from this site.

My review is just like others for this shop. I ordered an ERV and wondered about delays but customer service said there were delays at the manufacturer. I patiently waited 2 months and then finally asked Rise to cancel the order and issue a refund. At this point, I stopped getting any responses from customer service. I will be enlisting Visa to assist recovering my money as I'm out almost $1400.

Never shipped the item. Customer service made some excuses, then just stopped responding entirely. Had to dispute the charge with Visa. Not sure if this is a real company or a scammy front with fake reviews.

So go to find out why there is such a delay in processing is because this is the middle person they go direct to the company and then the company will ship it to you. Also when they ship it is a complete logistic nightmare. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Not dependable
