The team lacks experience and registered certifiers

The team lacked experience and they could not work with our team of architects and engineers. They would not listen to professional advice and would not engage in constructive communication. Instead they shut-off all productive discussion by not responding which is very unprofessional. Only one certifier holds registration so do not expect a great level of support from them. They must improve their communication and have a team of certifiers to be able to discuss internally any compliance.

Don’t use Building and Strata

I employed building and strata though Paul Rolfe and paid a deposit $2126 and couldn’t afford to build due to Covid so I asked for the deposit to be returned. Paul Rolfe left and is uncontactable and I wasn’t informed now after repeated emails I am just ignored. Don’t use this company.
