Easy, working well

They seem to have now turned into a scam site that harass their previous clients for money after you stop using their service, I started using them periodically when I first set up my business, pay for the leads when I could afford it, I did this again a few months back but was getting enough work through other advertising to not need it so stop using it and ignored it, now they are sending me harassing messages saying I owe them money.
None of this is defamatory, I no longer wished to pay for the service as I was no using it, they started sending me harassing emails threatening my credit now builderscrack is trying get this review removed and trustpilot is allowing this.

I did not have an option discuss the work with a tradie. I needed to understand what was causing the cracks in plaster, before replastering commenced. There was no 'drop down' menu option to put in additional details and quotations were all price based, not quality based.

For someone (like me) new to an area, Buildscrack is a godsend. In the past 3 weeks I've had plumbing, electrical and gib-stopping work done. Their system allows you to vet those tradies showing interest which enabled me to select three excellent people, each of whom did a top-quality job. A strong recommendation from me.

Easy to navigate website, excellent tradesperson I connected with right from the start, and I was delighted to see how well this works from all sides.

I was disappointed with my experience applying for a Builderscrack account. My application was declined due to alleged associations with other accounts that had previously been removed from the platform. To my knowledge, I personally did nothing wrong, and the explanation provided was very limited.

While I understand that Builderscrack has a duty of care and internal risk policies, the process felt overly rigid and lacked transparency. There was no clear evidence shared, no meaningful opportunity to address or resolve the concerns, and no consideration of changed circumstances.

As a genuine tradesperson trying to operate professionally and fairly, it was frustrating to be permanently declined without a clear or proportionate review process. I respect Builderscrack’s right to manage its platform, but I believe there is room for improvement in how applications are assessed and how decisions are communicated.

I hope Builderscrack considers implementing a more transparent and balanced review or appeal process for future applicants.

Thus is an excellent service. I like that you are advised to get more than one quote . While I didnt use the tradesman this time, as I was fortunate to have a friend do the job for me in the end, I was very impressed with Wilfred and the professionalism from him,and Builders Crack . I highly recommend using Builders Crack.

I love builderscrack, used it years ago and good to see its still around! Connects me with great reliable tradespeople to get the jobs done!

The system allowed us to find what we needed and book it - The thing I was disappointed about was the limited number of options in reviewing the tradespeople. This is a system problem, and it is a lot simpler to add additional fields to the question response list to give people a better opportunity to choose their rate.

It was difficult finding someone to do this small but necessary job as we have no tow bar on vehicle so this site was a great find
