Builder Launchpad provides a very thorough, step-by-step breakdown of what it actually takes to become a builder from financing and land acquisition to working with contractors and design. The material from Dustin and his team is detailed and informative. The process takes time, but if you stay consistent and apply what’s taught, you’ll be successful. Highly recommend for anyone serious about building.

Great education and community for anyone wanting to learn how to build homes and invest intro real estate. I love to straightforward and practical teaching Dustin and team provides. Not only do you get in-depth videos about every step in the building phase with additional tips and years of wisdom. There is an abundance of resources provided, which makes things very simple and straightforward. The weekly meetings are especially valuable, giving us the opportunity to ask questions in real time, learn from others’ experiences, and share additional resources as a community. Overall, this course has exceeded my expectations, and the investment has absolutely been worth it.
