Absolutely fantastic service
Absolutely fantastic service, ordered paint on Monday, was with me by Wednesday. Didn't receive one of the paints, spoke to a lovely gentleman who got back and sorted within minutes. Definitely will use this company. Also the paint was taped to stop any spillage. Thank you

Ordered Dulux Heritage paint samples…
Ordered Dulux Heritage paint samples and they arrived damage with contents spilled all over the bag due to poor packaging. Unable to use as samples and when requested a refund got repeatedly ignored with emails not being answered. Disappointed and can’t recommend.

Paid £74.99 and received nothing...
Purchased on 6 April and I still haven't received anything when I emailed to write this Trustpilot review. My Builder Depot account shows the carrier is DHL and status delivered but the given tracking number is Fedex. I didn't receive any DHL delivery so far. Checked the Fedex tracking number, status "Shipment information sent to FedEx" which means the shipment label is created only but the package is not collected.
