All required items were completed correctly, and the final result was delivered when it really mattered.

Danny is a top lad, I was hesistant about these guys especially due to bad experiences in the past, but everything with the council was resolved and my building work is now finally near completion!! So glad I chose buildrite, the previous company caused an enforcement notice on my project and I really thought there was no way out.. cheers again to everyone in the team who assisted with my project.

I can’t recommend Adam highly enough! From start to finish, he was professional, approachable, and incredibly knowledgeable. I needed plans drawn up for the removal of a load-bearing wall in my bungalow, and Adam handled everything with precision and ease. He took the time to really understand my vision, offered great suggestions I hadn’t even considered, and made the whole process feel stress-free.

I had a not-so-good start with the company, partly due to poor communication and a lack of experience from the person who carried out the initial assessment. However, once David took the lead on the project, the experience changed completely. He handled everything in a very professional manner and went the extra mile to put things right, even when it meant running the job at a loss. I can see that the company has learned from what happened, and I’m confident that future clients and projects will benefit from those lessons.

This company is not what it claims to be. It is virtually impossible to contact the mysterious ' Adam', and when you finally do get through to somebody, they 'do not have access to E-mails or drawings'
The drawings that were provided by this company contained numerous inaccuracies which I was unable to get them to address or even respond to E-mails. They are NOT architects, and merely source their 'drawings' from other websites or use cheap design software. They call themselves 'Architectural designers' - a title which anybody can claim to be. I will be taking this further with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)

Harris came over to conduct a structural survey before the start of my bungalow rennovation and wrote a great report. However, I had to get Harris in a second time as the builders had not followed the instructions and building calculations... Harris wrote a report highlighting the problem areas. The work is being corrected by new builders... I gave Buildrite and in particular Harris a 5 star rating because of the knowledge, understanding and professionalism that Harris demonstrated. He is an asset to Buildrite. Keep up the good work Harris..

Harris is really friendly and nice architect to interact with. Their designs are of high quality. My last planning application for extension got approved through Build-rite.

I have been working with Buildrite structural engineers, mostly Harris and Adil, for the loft conversion. The project was complicated and involved the foundation as well. They have provided a great service. They had clear communication and a pleasure to work with. When we asked for additional service mid works with foundation calculations updated, Harris was super responsive and saved the day. More than recommended!

We have used Build rite twice now for calculations to support a wall removal (one internal and one external), both structural. Team were reponsive and communicative and took the time to explain their calculations and our options relating to the projects. I would reccomend them from both projects and would use them again.

Build-Rite were engaged to design a raft foundation for a double garage I am constructing. Unfortunately the foundation work on site fell foul of Building Control and Build-Rite stepped up to the mark working all hours to overcome the issue with revised designs which Building Control accepted. I would certainly use this Company again.

Very professional! Harris worked really hard and done excellent job ! I will come back to them for all my future jobs and recommend them to my friends and family👏👏👏

Great service
We wanted to change the layout of our downstairs to create an open plan living. Had to amend the plans a couple of times to find out what works best.
Buildrite patiently did all the changes in the plan for us and made suggestions what might work best to combine our vision, feasibility and burget.

Excellent service! Everything was handled professionally, and they even went above and beyond by assisting me outside of regular hours as I had been busy during normal hours

Builders did an amazing job! especially loved the media wall! They did an amazing job. I had no issues with timekeeping and they kept me in the loop the entire time

I had to find a structural engineer, was removing a wall to make my house open plan, went on line and found buidrite, gave them a go and it was the best thing ever, they went above and beyond, I even called at weekends, with a response,which I never expected, the guys that helped me were David and I'm sure his manager Qusim .would recommend greatly

Buildrite Harris did an excellent job in communicating and fixing problem. Form loft conversion to kitchen extension. We did have a problem for the extension, they try their very best to help instead of leave it to the client let them panic. They based on my budget to give suggestions, I felt safe and secure to leave my hand on them. Their building term ( Ash ) was trustworthy, honest and work harder then any builder I never met in UK. In order to finish the project on time they work even during bank holiday , raining day or weekend til very late time . Never complain and never late . I have some difficult material that I order from china they fixed it without I worried . I’ll not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone I know. The only things need to improve is quicker response. Sometime it might take longer than expected to reply . But luckily our project is not in rush . Thank you again !!!

Company is now back in business - seemed to be a administration glitch which is now rectified - Process did take some time to complete but now all resolved and can now continue our build - Thank you
