I bought a refurbished yoyo3 seat fabric and it arrived stained and dirty. It was not cheap, and I would assume a refurbished product would have been cleaned before sending. I contacted them straight away and sent pictures and never heard back.

Once I've found this service and made an order to repair a pushchair all steps till getting the pushchair back were really quick and smooth - also Buggy Pitstop were very flexible with their options - managed to agree on express repair and self-pickup. Also repaired pushchair became so much easier to use!

Quick turnaround, excellent communication. Went out of their way to ensure I had the buggy back for holidays.

Once again Buggy Pitshop did not fail me . The Receptionist Leyla and the engineer were so kind to fix the straps on my child car seat and did it without any compensation . The company has excellent service and generosity . Thank you again .

UPDATE: had an email first thing Monday morning arranging next day delivery of the correct wheels (and I letting me keep the wrong wheels). Can't really ask for more than that.

Sadly I have received the wrong item - I’ve been sent two front wheels instead of the two back wheels that I ordered. These things happen but it’s a bit frustrating as it means I have to wait even longer to use our pram.

I sent my buggy away as it was coverd in mould from being stored in the outdoor shed.
It's came back 100% and like brand new!!!
Amazing!!!
They even mended a hole without charging me extra.

Great communication, fast delivery - fantastic! Replacement seat base with 5 part harness purchased for a YoYo (you wouldn't believe how difficult it was to find another company selling genuine parts - highly recommend Buggy Pitstop).

We were trying to source an unusual part for a buggy and when I found buggy pitstop had this very item in stock, even though they dont typically ship overseas to Ireland, they were extremely accommodating and facilitated the request for me. Part arrived in no time in perfect condition and Layla was so helpful with the whole process. A fantastic business!
