Highly recommend Craig and bug away pest control! I contacted Craig in a total panic, he replied straight away and was a total Saviour during a very stressful time. He attended quickly, explained the treatments required and arranged to carry out work asap. Very professional and knowledgeable, always at the end of the phone to answer any queries. 10 STARS!

Craig came out to inspect our property after we saw field mice in our utility. He was great- very polite and got stuck in explaining what he was doing and why. We had a few visits from him and nothing was too much bother. Very professional job and no mice left!!

Professional, honest and trustworthy. Craig arrived quickly and identified that what I thought was a bedbug problem was actually an allergic reaction to a change of soap powder, thus saving me the cost of bug treatment (and saving my nerves as well!)

The epitome of good workmanship, competency and customer rapport. Phoned Craig for a woodworm problem in the loft. He quickly identified the issue and was very knowledgeable on the topic. For being a tight and humid loft space I was surprised at how thorough Craig was in spraying every nook and crany on a warm summers night. If I could rate Craig higher than 5 stars l certainly would. He got rid of my wasps nest, he drove an hour and a half to get to me. Then when I paid him, he messaged me to tell me that I had overpaid him, and he was coming back to give me my money. He is really friendly, but his honesty is above and beyond. I called him and he was out in the evening. That's what I call excellent service.

Craig responded to my advert very quickly, came out the next day, he’s a very friendly guy, explained what he was going to do, then advised me what I needed to do to get rid of the remains of the nest as it was to big to be removed the same day, I would have no hesitation in using Craig again, excellent service .
