Frozen Account

They frozen my account because of ID. And ı send them this ; Aren't you tired of the ridiculous automatic response asking you to verify your ID even though I did everything you were told? Despite me requesting that my account be opened as soon as possible, no one provided any proper assistance or advice. If you bother to look at my account details, you will see that the card used and my ID are the same. I feel like I am swimming in a world of nonsense. <3..
