What an absolute travesty. Budmail as we know it is gone. Terrible customer service, lacking in knowledge and tact. Products are going downhill. Selling garbage A and AA strains. Even there Aaa is bunk. Only buy something in a tin at 1 million dollars. What a shame. Customer since 2006. So very sad.

Hst is charged. They will not provide nor do they have a hst number.
They scam every customer for 13% more every order.
No other moms charge it nor should they.
Product is meh.

Honestly 7/5, the customer service is really helpful, they have a cool discord server too so you can ask questions about the products, their price is really affordable. the weed is fresh and hits really hard and their gummies too.

I had to contact customer service because I wasn't getting notified that they got my payment. Olivia was the lady I was speaking with and she figured out my problem and walked me through steps to send my payment again! She also gave me points for having to pay a cancelation fee with my bank when I had to cancel my transfer!

Been ordering from bud mail for over a year and these small tin series batch “Skookom Canabis” are awesome. Buds are pristine and moist. The smoke is pretty harsh, even for long time users. Can’t wait to order my next batch, which has a THC content of 30%

I recently picked up an eighth of some LA Kush Cake of them and I was surprised by the quality of their bud. Their website also has a great edible selection.

Ordered Mint Chocolate Chip during their 420 event and I was certainly impressed with this strain.
It's a strong, stanky indica with big buds. Yes the price is quite steep but treat yourself once in a while to something that is smooth, burns slow and gives you a nice high. Budmail claims that it is one of their best strains and it certainly did not disappoint.
