Very happy with the delivery of the skip I hired. Driver was brilliant. I told him where I wanted it and he said the slabs that he needed to drive over would crack. So he put it as near to the place I wanted it that he could. Very happy with the fast delivery considering I only ordered it this morning. But the price is extremely expensive.

Nicola was fantastic in helping me pick the right skip and was very understanding of my specific needs regarding location of the skip and the pick up times. Excellent

Very competitive in the market place and reliable which is all we ask for and we couldn't recommend the company higher if your looking for an alternative in this space - you wont be disappointed. I’ve used Budget Waste Management (skip hire company) for many years with no problems, but it’s clear things have changed for the worse. They’ve become rigid and far less customer-friendly.

I recently made a simple mistake with the collection date — the first time this has ever happened. Rather than working with me to sort it out, they immediately charged a £90 “wasted journey” fee, with no understanding or flexibility.

They’ve also scrapped their previously reasonable 2–3 week hire window and now enforce a strict one-week limit before extra charges apply.

There was no grace period, no willingness to help — just a focus on extra fees. Disappointing experience, and I won’t be using them again. I’d recommend finding a company that values repeat customers and can handle small issues with a bit more understanding.

The team is friendly, timely delivery and really considerate when positioning the skip. I'll be using them again in the future.

I wrote a review 16th December 2024, re poor customer service I received. Please read original post. I will summarise the situation.
After years of good reliable service, I was very disappointed when a young driver, made some driving errors and damaged my fence and decapitated my Christmas tree, I had grown, for four years. When I contacted Budget Skips, the person was very rude and refused to buy a replacement.
As a result I posted a review, this clearly did not go down well with management as a couple of weeks ago, a lovely lady called Nikki, contacted me. She was very apologetic about the situation and offered to replace my treasured tree. Which I received a couple of days ago.
I am pleased this has happened and restored my faith in the company.
Every company needs a Nikki, good customer service goes a long way. Trust and good faith are the basics a company can do. Especially small local businesses like Budget Skips, who have worked hard for their reputation.

WOW - I called last night, 8pm, thought I would be leaving a message - BUT a lovely young lady answered and we were sorted, and next morning got confirmation and within a couple hours ANOTHER lovely young lady arrived with my skip - JUST AMAZING...!!! And the best thing - all so NICE... that cost nothing! THANKS LADIES

They dropped of 2 bins at my property! Crushed my fence in the process of unloading I instructed them to remove the bins of site and they refused to until I told them I would remove the bins my self if I had to then I owed $23 which they turned into $153 then I said I will pay in full if this is my last invoice which they never replied to my question, all of a sudden I receive a invoice for $1508 they haven’t even emptied the bins once !!! Definitely don’t recommend at all! Stay away from them!

This is the second time that I have used Budget Waste Management. As with the first time, I was very impressed with every aspect of hiring a skip. Very pleasant and helpful staff, prompt delivery by professional and pleasant delivery drivers and at a very reasonable cost. What more could you ask for? I will be using them again and I would recommend them to others. Thanks Guys.

Extremely disappointed. They never answered my emails re cancelling the contract. Didn’t pick up the bin as requested. Think twice before using Budget Waste.

Skip delivered late so rubbish had to be piled up on the driveway for a few days. Collected late too. First attempt aborted because the skip was under a tree and couldn't lifted onto a lorry that already had a skip loaded. Given Budget knew the the skip was under a tree then not really any excuse. Finally collected after I chased them up for an urgent pick up. Not a great experience.

Thank you for your excellent service. You delivered when you said you would. Pick up was really easy as well. The driver who delivered & picked up was friendly, polite, and a real top bloke. Same goes to the telephone people as well. I would highly recommend you to anyone.

Budget Waste Management offers excellent skip hire with fast delivery and pickup. The staff is friendly and helpful, making them my top choice for waste management. Highly recommended.

Super helpful and friendly team who were great for us newbies when we came to pick up a load of topsoil.
The topsoil is very good and my carrot seedlings are already showing through.

Not a frequent skip user, but having used Budget a few times now, they never disappoint. Friendly and helpful office staff, efficient back-office system, good communications and skilful, friendly and helpful drivers.

Have been using budget since they first started so we've had a very happy long standing working relationship with these guys.competitive, reliable , knowledgeable and easy to deal with, especially when we've needed specialist disposal.the drivers always get in and get the job done quickly and without incident.special heads up to woody today who managed to take our skip without even touching anything around it which wouldn't have been easy in this case,he did it with a happy and smiley disposition and was a real credit.

From booking to collect the whole process was easy . Staff and delivery driver where polite and helpful , 100%recommend them

What a wonderful team at budget skips.Excellent customer service , very helpful and efficient friendly staff. I paid for a 6 litre skip for 4 weeks , my new bathroom took longer than I thought to refurbish, so the lovely ladies looked into me having the next skip on hire , this worked out very well for me and saved me lots of money , I am so pleased I chose budget skips .Excellent well done everyone at budget skips .I will spread the word 😘😘
