I wish I could give zero stars.

I wish I could give zero stars.

Ordered their service 2 times in 3 days due to urgent moving:

1st day: They don't communicate as they promise. The driver just shows up and tells you you only have 15 minutes to pack. I wanted to disassemble my couch for 5 minutes and they didn't allow me. They left the couch which was literally the main item.

2nd day: We ordered the same day service and they accepted the order and took my money. 30 minutes after the scheduled time there was still no email, sms. I called and they didn't even know about my order. I have been asking for a refund since 1 June and to this day they ignore my call. IT IS A SCAM. Use other movers.
