Ordered boat cover. Waited for boat cover. Boat cover not arriving any time soon. Checked order. Backordered and they never even bothered to tell me. Order cancelled. They stated they did sent email but no email received.

Day one-the cover leaked
Day one-the cover leaked. try the online help and made several phone calls. Finally somebody reach back out to me and asked me to send a tag to them via snail mail. The summer is almost gone and I still have no cover on my patio furniture. It took me less than a week to get duck covers from Amazon, which are priced about the same first issue is, you need to guarantee easier service when the items are obviously defective.

Car cover is smaller than advertised!
Ordered a car cover for my 1964 Ford Galaxie 500 XL. Cover arrived on time. According to the size chart on your web page the size 4 cover should fit cars up to 228''. My Galaxie is 210'' long. When I received the cover it would barely stretch over the taillights and the headlights. No chance it would be able to cover the bumpers on my car.

Bought my cover 2 months ago and now…
Bought my cover 2 months ago and now holes are appearing at random spots on the cover. This is a bad company who only guarantees their product for 30 days. What a joke. Do not buy this cover if you expect it to last more than 30 days.
