Jeg er dybt skuffet over min oplevelse med Budenza.dk. Jeg bestilte et par sandaler den 23. juni 2024, og her, over en uge senere, har jeg stadig ikke modtaget mine varer, eller hørt noget fra dem. Jeg har to gange forsøgt at kontakte firmaet via deres kontaktformular på hjemmesiden uden at få svar. Dette er uacceptabelt, og jeg vil på det kraftigste fraråde andre at handle her. Jeg har nu anmodet om en refundering, men er tvivlsom om jeg nogensinde ser mine penge igen. Kundeservice og leveringshastighed hos dette firma er under al kritik.
