The service at Budeful was great!!

I wanted to get my husband a birthday present from Budeful - they were so helpful and accommodating.

I received a magnificent print - I cant wait to give it to my husband.

I would highly recommend Budefu!!

Met the artist’s husband when we went and brought ourselves a large print. His customer service was excellent and just made us feel the joy of bude, would recommend that everyone has a peak in and chat with the owners.

A must go place to visit in Bude to buy some cheeky and stylish merchandise.
Always up for a chat is Nick and very infectious when you meet him and will always leave the shop with a smile on your face and a quirky purchase or TWO 😉.

Such an absolutely wonderful experience! They were super nice and friendly while we stopped there on holiday. And then when we came home and decided we wanted more of their fabulous artistic goods through their online shop, they were so kind and generous in accommodating our size issues that they sent us an extra tee at no charge!! These are the kinds of people/artists who make the world a more beautiful/Budeful place. THANK YOU!

Didn't have enough time to order in the shop so went to the website. Delivered very quicky and item is gorgeous. Staff in the store also very welcoming.

We return to Budeful every time we come to Widemouth Bay near Bude. Fabulous, original local gifts with amazing designs; all topped off with a lovely chat and excellent service. Can’t recommend enough! Looking forward to seeing the new designs!

Wonderful inviting niche retail brand with curated items which brim full of humour and warmth. Highly recommended quality items which are reassuringly sourced with ethical considerations. It's always a pleasure to pop into the shop and to see Nick and Netty who are such lovely folk. Do go visit their shop or indeed purchase a piece of Bude via their website.

What a lovely shop! Nettie is such a gifted artist - you can buy her beautifully and uniquely designed mugs, travel cups, tote bags, notebooks, cards and printed art, and much more. The aromatherapy candles are a must-buy... as a trained aromatherapist I'm hard to please but her candles with a mix of geranium, rose, citronella and other essential oils are just heavenly.
A joy to visit, roam around, have a chat.

Gosh, well if I had to choose a shop in Bude that I had to spend the day in, this would be it. Sadly I've yet to meet Nettie, the lady behind the incredible illustration of their wonderful brand but Nick has been a total joy to meet. What an absolute breath of fresh air, the layout of the shop is a joy to visit, easy for those under the spectrum who can't quite cope with the usual chaos of normal shops. Clean lines, quite beautiful art work and a total treat that they also stock beautiful rock treasures from another local skilled designer who transforms stones into golden joys of pure delight with star fish and definitely worth a visit to view what else is for sale. You leave this shop feeling happy and properly excited about not only seeing what they have for sale but listening to Nicks tales of the Navy and being an absolute asset and great member of the incredible Bude community. Lovely shop and products.
The reason I gave four stars rather than five is because the system allowed me to order an item which was out of stock.
I was emailed to advise of this and given the option to cancel my order and advised when new stock would be available.
I opted to still go ahead with the order and it arrived promptly.

I absolutely love Budeful, both visiting the shop in Bude and their online service. I have their Onan candle and it looks beautiful and smells incredible!

Wonderful people behind the brand and love the sustainable approach that they take towards business - would give more stars if I could! 🤩

Absolutely amazing !! I had made a mistake on my order and hadn’t included postage to Kent.
I called Nick in the store who was so helpful and posted my order out for me.
I was so pleased with the order when it arrived and my daughter absolutely loved the ceramic mugs ! Beautiful designs and excellent quality ! Thankyou Budeful xx

Bought a great mug as a Christmas gift though, sadly, tech had other ideas so things went a little awry.
However, excellent and personal service soon fixed everything and I’d definitely recommend.

I love Budeful and all things they sell. The customer service is second to none.
I have bought many things from shot glasses to sweatshirts. All extremely well made.
I have their gorgeous new luxury vegan candle, Onan. It’s smells divine and looks very stylish.
I can thoroughly recommend their shop in Bude and the online service.

Happened to stumble across Budeful and I’m delighted I did! Incredible unique pieces all made in the UK! Both Nick and Netty (sorry if I’ve spelt names wrong) were so friendly and helpful (very clear to see the passion they have for their work). I’m in love with the cat pieces I picked up today and will be sure to add to the collection soon :)
