Very poor quality assurance. I was sent the wrong products and filled out and sent their contact form and they do not respond. This is the second time I have attempted to contact bud cargo with a customer service issue and they DO NOT RESPOND.
Buyer beware. If you have an issue, you are on your own.

1st, my order didn't show up on delivery day, purolator said they needed a signature, but they didn't....bud cargo wouldn't help....wasn't their problem once order left their facility. My order arrived in sandwich zip lock bags....its someones homegrown!!!
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, ITS GARBAGE!!! All in all a waste of money and time!

Rip you off in your order

I had an order worth $160 I ordered 3 years ago, it got lost in middle of transit. I tried to contact bud cargo but unfortunately they didn’t answer for 2 years. They finally answer but I did not find out until the review company finally sent me an email. Letting me know they reached out. I had gotten a $175 coupon and was able to put in another order. I ordered the master mazar kush, death bubba, and two distillate syringes. The order was great except for the oz of master mazar kush. The oz was mouldy and I had to throw away the biggest buds because they were the only ones visually mouldy. I won’t accept anything from them anymore, not even free product because this stuff is not worth the risk. They told me to take down a the review I had up on trust index if they gave me a refund. They owed me that order anyways. I took it down but I’m leaving this one here indefinitely

I screwd up my e-transfer and it went to the wrong company.Knowing I was a senior and that i would not be able to get any much needed flower untill seniors benifits come in at end of month.They sent me out a care package for free that will take care of my needs until I get funds again. I've been coming to BudCargo for a couple of years now and it is the BEST site for all your cannabis needs. Fast and efficient service and delivery times. I've never been let down by this company and they are my number 1 source for anything I need. The customer service is also top notch if any concerns or issues come about...which almost never happens but they offer product substitutions and bonus gifts if something does. Keep up the good work!

el chapo is a nice wake & bake option, it has nice nose, taste and buzz...truthfully I was also impressed with the size of their popcorns buds too, nice bag appeal!..a free chocolate bar too?..wow!..nice touch.

I've been a dedicated BudCargo customer for a couple years and loved their service. I ordered a package that was originally lost by Canada Post, and later destroyed by Canada Post because it was producing odors. They tried sending it to me again, but the package was stolen because it was delivered to an area of my building that is accessible to anyone walking by. My requests for a refund have been ignored, even though they are responding to other emails. Disappointing.

I had a $200 order that was never delivered by Purolator. They opened a claim, and when I contacted budcargo they reached out, but once Purolator closed the claim, saying their driver’s GPS showed they had been at my location, budcargo ceased communicating with me, even though I sent them two more inquiries asking them if there was any recourse for my loss. Customer service is important, especially for a first time customer, and they apparently don’t care that I’m out $200. We won’t order from them again.

recieved my order via Purolator in record time. I ordered late Fri.aternoon and recieved on Mon. My order is excellent. Very impressed with quality and price. I'm in Ontario but can't get this quality at these prices here. Also have a product for Butane extraction (oil) and will update with results soon. I grew up in Vancouver and everything grown there is amazing even fruit and vegetables. Bland here, no taste, no juice. So it doesn't surprise me the THC products are superior. 😊 thanks Bud Cargo, lll be back!

When marijuana became legal in our province I didn’t know where to start. There wasn’t any info on what strains did what, till I found Bud Cargo! Thank you for the wonderful descriptions for each product! Knowledge makes ordering so much better and it always provides the what it says. The fact they are professional and prompt in shipping is indeed a bonus!
