I absolutely love this company they opened up so many brilliant opportunities and helped me and my partner try new things. Ice hockey matches, Christmas shows, axe throwing, beer tasting and so much more.

Extra special shout out to the amazing customer service team who go above and beyond. The Lovely Debbie really helped me out this evening as I didn't have my tickets but needed some details.

Joined a couple of months ago, really good value for money and an excellent variety of activities.

We have been Buckt subscribers for about a year now and we love it. It's great value for money because if you arranged all those activities yourself it would cost way more.
It's great not having to rack our brains for date night ideas because Buckt does it for you! We have had activates such as meals out, comedy shows, axe throwing, private cinema screenings, bowling, Hockey game, rugby game, museums, cocktail classes, life painting classes, pub quiz, canoeing, Jazz festival and that's just naming a few!!!

We love opening the app on the 3rd working day of the month to see what's in store.
We have a busy lifestyle, so we love that you get three months to do the activity. Also, with the duo subscription, if one of us can't attend we can take a friend instead.
The other great thing is the people within the Buckt community. You see familiar faces and make new friends along your Buckt journey, sharing your views about your most memorable Buckt activity.

Debbie at Buckt is great. She listens and responds in a timely manner when we get in contact and she is so friendly.

Buckt Go has been really great, me and my partner use it for new activities to do in London and it's been so useful!

Originally I put up a bad review as money come out of my account I had a call today and they understood why £30 out my account was a lot of money to me, a refund was issued so I’ll take back my bad review and thought this was handled amazingly, thank you again

I subscribed to Buckt about a year ago and am so happy with it. It allowed me to find cool places around the city and push myself to do things I normally wouldn't. It is definitely great value for 2 people and totally worth it! I look forward to every 3rd working day of the month to find out what the mystery events would be.

Love Buckt, great value for money. Get different things to do each month. Saves me from looking for different things to do each month and me and my partner love the surprise of what we will have each month!

We have loved our Buckt subscription. Five mystery activities each month for the price we pay is amazing. This has saved me so much time, as before I would be spending ages looking to find activities near me. Buckt fixed that problem for me. The activities I have received are really good, such as ice skating, bowling and many more. It is worth every penny.

I've been a Buckt member since the start of 2022 (Still don't know if it's pronounced Booked or Book it or Bucket(as in bucket list) haha!).
Most of the experiences are great, but it has made me want to do more things.
A drawing class, Origami, Going Bath, Escape Room, Comedy Murder Mystery and more!
It's a great opportunity to meet new people aswell.
Most activities would cost around £10 per person, and to say you get 5 activities included is great value!

Buckt provides a variety of activities each month, most of which we didn’t even know are available in Birmingham. Recently we attended a public speaking workshop which we found extremely informative and useful to apply in everyday life. Personally, I think that after attending the workshop I will have a different, more optimistic mindset going to my next job interview. Would definitely recommend subscribing to Buckt, each month provides access to fun and unusual activities around the city.

I like it so much that it got me to try new activities I have never done before and that it's tons if fun for all friends and family and lovely to know new people along the way if the activity recommend it to outher like friends and family that might be into the activity and the staff are well friendly and helpful too

I absolutely cant recommend this enough.
We come across this last year where I did it as a gift for my nephew for christmas and instantly regretted not getting it for myself.
So I did.. and got one
I've had it for about 4months now and have had some fantastic activities to complete.
Originally I thought I would use it as "date night" for me and my husband but we found some of the activities our son could do too, so alot of them we do as a family and add him on.

We've had comedy club, tubing, glow in the dark inflatable world, botanical gardens, drop shot table tennis, music workshop, crazy golf, just to name a few.
Honestly excellent value for money.
Easy to book either with venue direct or through Buckt.
Customer service is very responsive.

In what I would spend for 1 family activity- we now get 5.
Yes- not to everyone's taste and may be the odd one or 2 that's not to our taste such as salsa class but that's personal choice. And to be honest even with that it's still excellent value.
Gets you to think outside the box and try something different --you cant fault it.

Always look forward to seeing what's up next on the app.

UPDATED: I was contacted by the guys from Buckt and after explaining my feelings on their service and the parts that feel awkward etc to them, I was given the opportunity to retry the service.

I still feel it's slightly convoluted in the booking process, we still didn't manage to partake in most of the activities.

The idea is great, just be prepared to spend a while sorting out your bookings, it's not as simple as tap, tap, booked.

Now it could be said that it's my own fault, but the whole process is so convoluted, it's easy to get lost.

I signed up, and then had to sign up again to a different system...

You then have to wait weeks to get your activities, AND THEN have to sign up again to their app...

During this process it's pretty easy to just totally forget that you've joined up or that you've got another step to do. For example I checked the app a few times after joining up and the activities weren't showing, I then totally forgot to check again.

As my partner has just had our first child, I thought it would be good for us to be able to have a bit of us time and do some activities. However as life with a 2 month old can make it easy to forget things, keeping tabs on Buckt was something I forgot to do.

Before I knew it there were a few days left of the month (you have to book all of your activities by the end of the month) and I remembered to check, looking at the app and my bookings I wasn't blown away by them, but thought the experiences could make a decent day out and popped a reminder to speak to my partner and book the dates.

Last day of the month arrives and the reminder pops up, I say we need to sort a date for the activities, we sit down after dinner and start booking, then notice a sentence to the extent of "JUST BECAUSE YOU'VE BOOKED HERE DOESN'T MEAN YOU'VE BOOKED YOUR EXPERIENCE FOLLOW THE STEPS IN THE EMAIL TO BOOK YOUR EXPERIENCE".

Now I should've expected after the absolute monstrosity of a joining process that the booking process wouldn't be as simple as... booking... Nope, more hoops to jump through... Not only do you book a date for the activity, but then it emails and says you need to call each experience individually and book again with them! I should've sorted it earlier, but at 8pm on the last day of the month, I've got no chance!

I emailed to ask for a refund as to be honest, the whole process is just not for me for what you save... Only to get a response saying "Because we're a really small business we can't give you a refund".

I was offered the chance to use the activities from the previous month if the activity providers would be flexible and allow us to book (no promises), if I could confirm which activities I wanted to do... I wanted to do them all, but they've been removed from the app and I can't remember what 2 of them were, so can't do that.

This might be right for some people, and clearly from the reviews, it is. But I feel you really need to be on the ball to register and book any activities. Overall just really disappointed.

Edit: After telling them to leave it and that I was going to leave them a review - but prior to writing my review- I got an email saying they would actually refund me asking me not to write a review, it was already written. I think you guys should change your policy and be customer friendly prior to a potential review rather than reactive to it.

Buckt has been great! We started it to try different activities and it has not disappointed, always giving us a great variety, with something for everyone. I have always lived in Birmingham but it has made me explore the city and its activities even more. Would definitely recommend trying it out!!

I've been with Buckt on and off for about a year (I sometimes pause my account because my work can get busy, but I'm always excited to resume my subscription again!). I've done so many fun activities, many of which I'd never had experienced if it wasn't for Buckt - I went to an origami class, an ice hockey match, life drawing, sumo wrestling, skateboarding and many other fun activities. I've recommended this to all of my friends, it's a great idea and amazing value for money!

I subscribed to Buckt 2 months ago and I’m really happy with this! My partner and I had an amazing time, especially with the cocktail masterclass. We’ve been treated very well, we had so much fun and even made new friends in our area which is amazing because we moved there recently.
We were also lacking of activity ideas so Buckt is perfect to give us diversity and try things that we would not really think of.
