Really pleased with our experience!

We’ve used these guys twice now, and it’s been exceptional. The lorry driver is such a lovely guy and really knows his stuff.

We had hardcore delivered and then paid for a grab hire to remove all the garden waste.

We are still midway through our project, so will be using these for our next few orders.

Wow what a service! Both Friday night and Saturday night i requested more materials as I'd ran out, both days requested they were there the next day very helpful and friendly. Spot on!

I have now had the unfortunate pleasure of experiencing this companies lies.
I placed an order Thursday and got a call Friday saying they wouldn’t be able to fulfil it, but will put me on Mondays delivery - fine with me! Only Monday comes and I’m starting to get tetchy… I call to be told ‘oh it’s being fulfilled with MKM as our truck is out of use, I’ll chase for a delivery date and get right back to you’. I hear nothing, so I call back after 50minutes to be told ‘it’s definitely today, as soon as MKM get the truck, it’ll be on its way to you’. It gets to 3pm and I’m convinced it isn’t coming.. so I call again to be told ‘yep delivery between 4-5’. So I’m thinking great! It gets to 4:45… no delivery. I call again.. no answer. I must have tried 10+ times. I then call MKM and he says ‘we wouldn’t deliver that late, and there’s no record of your order’. So I’ve been fobbed off the whole day for a lie. Not only that, because it was their delivery day, I have hired equipment to work around that, that’s now costing me extra. I’ll likely end up doing a charge back now because getting a response or delivery is seemingly impossible. I’d stay well clear. I’ll also be leaving a Google review on their ‘Newark Aggregates’ account, which if you’ve had a bad experience, I implore you to do.

Brilliant service. They had an issue with their lorry and instead delivered it over two days, on a flat bed truck.
A good family firm that resolved a problem and got our topsoil (which looks very good) to us in a timely manner.

Took money but didn’t deliver and no response to emails. Going via credit card company for refund.

Ordered a couple of bulk bags that didn't show up! Called Buckleys who promised to get back to me blaming the Easter Holidays. I called day after day and emailed, never got any response or updates on my delivery. Having to go throught credit card company to get my money back, really dissapointing and a waste of my time.

Great service from start to finish. The topsoil arrived exactly when promised and the quality was excellent, really clean and easy to work with. Delivery was smooth and the driver was friendly and helpful when dropping it in the right place. Made the whole job much easier. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Ordered some fencing. Delivery was fast and reliable and good quality. Will definitely use these guys again for my landscaping supplies!!

This small, local,family company have provided and installed a new shed for my mum. They also dismantled and removed the old shed. The service they provided was amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to mums satisfaction. They were extremely tidy and ensured everything was put back in the new shed once they had finished. I would definitely recommend this company.

Matt and Micheal Cleared away 25tons of garden waste for me. Price was great and service was 5star. Very friendly and helpful. A truly great Family business in Newark. I will be using them for all my garden needs from now on.

A rather disappointing experience because the guys stopped communicating when they felt there was a problem regarding access. For four days I sat at home waiting for them to arrive. Any email sent or phone call made was not returned except for sending me a new delivery day. The fact they refused to communicate lead me to believe they were scamming me. This was further endorsed when I looked into the company process and noticed errors and inconsistencies.
Afterall, it appears the company was okay however the way I was treated was very unprofessional. I finally got a refund and another company (Dandy's) delivered my bag of soil in a 18 ton lorry with a small forklift beautifully on my drive.

Matt and his team are a pleasure to do business with.

Ordered 3tonne of granno dust they were really busy but managed to squeeze us in and came out in their personal pick up and a trailer to drop off to us even left the trailer with us while we unloaded it

I ordered the Premuim Turf and gravel from Buckleys. Love the fact I they allow you to choose different delivery dates for the items. Turf came on the Tuesday and the gravel on Thursday as requested. The Turf was healthy, green and fresh.. looked like it had been cut that morning. Very happy - I will use them again.

Just taken delivery of a big bag of Topsoil and same of Top dressing for garden and grass care. The Quality of the topsoil and Top dressing is the best I’ve ever used.
Ive found all sorts in other topsoil from other companies from plastic to glass, this stuff from Buckleys is just about perfect found nothing that shouldn’t be in there and is so easy to work with.
The top dressing is the same, amazing quality. Best get moving as they didn’t send anyone to help move it all.
