I purchased 2 of these bottles to tour with. First outing both emptied within my pack soaking every piece of clothing inside. I contacted company directly and they were unwilling to uphold their guarantee if leakproof. Absolute garbage, do not buy!
I have now been refunded for my missing order and been in touch positively with the company, so they are better than I first thought.

Very disappointing experience.
Ordered a 650 ml bottle on July 16, which never arrived. Bübi Bottle team is not responding to my inquiries about shipping status, nor my request for refund (sent August 21). The bottle was supposed to be a birthday present.
The product might be great (I wouldn't know), but the customer service team sure isn't!

Philip, Thanks for the note, we can confirm the bottle did arrive, We only have a few shipping issues a year, and when It happens, we try to remedy, the first package was shipped and returned to us, we shipped out another package, which did arrive. Sorry for the inconvenience, but happy you have the bottles now.
