Great product and much enjoyed but delivery and despatch really poor, including trying to get updates. Don’t order it if you need it within a week and bear in mind the products only keep for a month. Nice novelty gift though.

The product is amazing. I'd never tried bubble tea before, until I took a sip of my granddaughter's when we were out for a day. Then bubble panda popped up on my newsfeed so I placed an order.. I've had 6/7 orders now and eagerly waiting on a delivery today. It's becoming my secret addiction! Flavours are awesome, especially when you 'build your own box' so you can try Flavours you like and think would work together, so far I've not been disappointed. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend 5*

I was so pleased with my order
I was so pleased with my order, came on time, although yet to try the products. But with my order I also ordered some extra Bubble Panda key chains as they are super cute and unique. Unfortunately 1 key chain came without a straw. I then emailed the company and they sent a quick response and a fast free Royal Mail tracking replacement, this made me trust them so much and honestly was very nice and kind of them.
