Six Stars - Superb balloons and superb customer service. You are never quite sure how good untried internet purchases will turn out but these balloons were absolutely cracking and the guys here managed to sort a delivery within a one-hour window to get into our venue. brilliant all round. will definitely buy again.

Great balloons. Arrived at a decent time in the day.
But I’d recommend they check how inflated the balloons are as mine arrived with some not inflated properly so they went limp quicker than usual.

I had a problem using a previous voucher code and customer services immediately sorted out the issue. The balloons that were received were so pretty and arrived exact when they said they were going to.

I still haven't received my order so it's difficult to review and if it hasn't arrived by tomorrow I have no use for the products. Which is very disappointing. According to the courier they haven't even received the package from Bubblegum yet despite it being 5 days since ordering with Next Day Delivery stated so it doesn't bode well. The range available is really good, hence 2 stars, but not if you can't actually get your hands on it.

I used bubblegum balloons for my 60th Birthday party decoration and they did a fantastic job. From original contact with Nish, she was extremely helpful and friendly and always on hand to offer assistance and answer any questions.

I bought from bubblegum a set of balloons for my last wedding anniversary and then another large helium inflated fun balloon as it cheers us up. The balloons are good quality and last longer than others we bought from other companies, the presentation and delivery were impeccable on both occasions. Highly recommend!

Deflated within 48 hours even when following the instructions wouldn’t expect that for the price of them I’ve had similar balloons last weeks before! However the customer service to rectify was very good!

Excellent website and great product options. So nice to find somewhere that will offer any number of individual numbered balloons and ability to include gift card as a lot of sites don’t. (Ballons were to celebrate a 100 mile fundraising rather than for a birthday). Very fast delivery with good updates - and fantastic balloons. Great colours and size - perfect!

I have ordered from Bubblegum Balloons before for smaller events and have always been impressed with how good their balloons look and how much joy they brought me as well.

It was almost a given that we'd have balloons at our wedding. We went with white latex balloons with black bows down the aisle and red heart balloons to compliment them. I also carried a red heart balloon instead of a bouquet which just felt very authentic to me. They really set the vibe for the day and were classy but fun at the same time.

Paid for express delivery. Balloons arrived the day after the event. Not fully inflated and looking like trash. Customer services took zero responsibility, blaming DPD (their courier) and the client (me) for not ordering them to be delivered 24 hours earlier to allow a margin of error. £70 down the drain and they refused to give a full refund on the grounds that some of the balloons were okay - even though they were of no use to us because they arrived after the event. Absolutely shambolic customer care and pride in their performance.
