Unresponsive customer service
I've been trying to talk to customer service (four times) and either they don't respond or they don't even read about my issue and give me a generic response. I write back explaining I CAN'T REGISTER TO PLAY. SAYS INTERNAL ERROR CONTACT SUPPORT. And when I do they play dumb. At this point I don't even care to play.

Since when does 54+12=54? In bubble cash. Repeatedly does not add wins to total. Contacted them and got canned response that didn’t address the issue. Watch your numbers when playing. This game cheats it’s users repeatedly.

It’s addicting but don’t do it to get cash
I like playing and it is addicting but if your intention is to get a payout, forget it. Game goal: You buy dollars and get “bonus” money to play and the game speeds up to win more virtual items. If you ever try to get a payout all the bonus money that you have ever gotten is deducted. So basically you’re paying them to play at a faster rate with more virtual payout. You will win/lose money but the game changes according to an algorithm so if you keep playing you will eventually lose and have to put in money to keep playing at the faster rate. It’s definitely a “gambling” environment. The house always wins. I would not play this game to get paid actual money.

Happy to take your money but as soon as you withdraw winnings they rig it by using bots to push to impossible levels. Then they remove all bonus games. Only play this if you are not expecting to win any money just keep giving them yours scam!

Absoutle blag this game and a waste of money. From the money I deposited I finally was able to draw £30 pound out that was 14 days ago and im still waiting for it to arrive in my bank. Also they took £1 off Me because I made a withdraw which is absolutely ridiculous. Stay away from this game your best off sticking to snake :D
