A dreadful organisation. I purchased a monthly pass to watch rugby. Pass did not work. 3 complaints later and numerous messages over 2 weeks. Only compensation offered was £10 off my next renewal. Sin... See more

Awful service
I have just paid £25 for a month to BT so I can watch the test match. I receive an automated phone call to say it could be 24 hours before I can receive it on my tv. WHY? 48 hours have gone by and I still cannot watch it as I am told I am not connected to the internet (I am) and that I should check my viewing card is in the right slot (it is). SO I decide to watch on ipad but hey BT does not use Safari so I have to use another search engine. I try Firefox but Hey BT are having technical issues so that is a no go. Finally I am able to get it on google chrome. I have an Apple tv so am using the mirror imaging facility to watch it on my screen. Would you mind telling me what on earth is going on with your crap service? Trying to contact you via your website is a total waste of time. I have already cancelled my sub due for renewal in April because of this palaver. And I have just checked and it is still not on my tv.
Just switched on to watch the Arsenal…
Just switched on to watch the Arsenal game, wow what a terrible co commentator, so annoying, ever played with any of these players before or at this level, think not from the comments made. Will be cancelling my subscription asap.
BT Sport - Absolutely Appalling Like the Old Days
Hi I own the Bugle Inn in Brighton and saw a great BT Sports offer, so subscribed after receiving the great sales pitch and a promise of installation in 7 - 10 days. About 3 weeks later an engineer arrived and after a brief look around said he needed to bring more "bits" and it would cost more because we had 3 tv's in the bar, and said someone would get back to me with the new pricing. I received multiple emails from BT but nothing about my installation and all were "no reply" emails, so I couldnt make contact back. I then eventually received a call about the installation appointment - another 4 weeks - I said no thanks and it became 10 days after discussion. Then I got an email saying BT were going to collect the first direct debit in a few days, so I cancelled the dd. A different engineer came then, and after a look around said he would need more equipment to start the installation (2nd engineer now to say this) I told him to get someone senior to call me please - that was a week ago and I have had no call of course. Generally, we have now missed most of the sport and particularly rugby we wanted to watch in the pub. Essentially my experience has been that I was promised an early installation, but received a 2 month lead time so far, the installation engineers do not communicate with each other, or pass messages to management to contact a customer, and BT make promises to achieve a sale, which they do not keep, even trying to collect payments before a single item has been installed. Its funny you know because this made me remember that when I was a young lad, my parents and family had discussions about how long it took BT to install landlines - 9 months to 1 year was not unusual, so it seems not much has changed.
Avoid. Dreadful value..
Had enough of these guys.. £30 a month.. for what? Dreadful value.
Avoid.
Dreadful service. Avoid, avoid, avoid
I am not a bt customer except for the fact that I bought a month of bt sport for £25. No contract but recurring billing unless cancelled.
I Cancelled via online chat. The person I spoke with assured me all was cancelled
A few days later I was Charged another £25
Spoke to someone on the phone who said she would cancel and refund me as she could see I tried to cancel via chat. I would receive email confirmation
No email confirmation
Spoke to a lady (Lois) 20/11 13:30 she confirmed cancellation but said the refund hadnt been processed. She said she has auctioned the refund and will get email confirmation of both cancellation and refund
Recieved email confirmation of cancellation but not refund
21/11 spoke to a man who put me through to the wrong dept (commercial bt sport) have been waiting to talk to someone for 35 mins. Gave up. Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never use them again
Very irresponsible of BT Sport
Very irresponsible of BT Sports to charge subscription fees on their own and other platforms for big matches like the Liverpool derby. This will definitely encourage family and friends gathering illegally in house to watch.
Come on BT Sports 'play the game' like everyone else.
Use some of the covid windfall new subscription payments to show these matches for free on one of their platforms and terrestrial TV and don't encourage illegal and dangerous communal viewing!
