There is a guy from Norway had phoned me two days ago and demonstrated me how should I get bitcoin from BTCX. I had no clue that was a fraud, but BTCX customer support rang me and explained the situation to me. Otherwise, I had had already scam by that Norwegian guy if without the support help.

Outright scammed me, asked for documents to verify my age etc and then didnt send refund. scamming site do not use this site in any way please.

Maybe things were different back in 2018, but today, we always respect if a customer want to cancel an order before it has been paid out. If the process of KYC feels complicated or takes long time you can always email support at support@bt.cx and request to cancel the order instead. If you are registered user you can log in and cancel the order yourself also. What has not changed is the requirements for KYC, that will probably never change. We need to follow the same rules as any other financial institute in Sweden.
Blatant theft.
Willing and fully concious about it this company breaks European consumer laws, abusing KYC procedures as a tool to keep payments sent to them, neither refunding or delivering services for them despite all asked for documents being presented to them.
Outright stealing and nothing less, they even say so themselves - uncommunicative, taunting, condescending and extremly unproffessional support.
Report filed to the ECC and the equivalent Swedish authority.
Avoid at all costs

Withdrawal is faster but fees are high
BTCX i Experienced quick response for setting up account. Had a little trouble in withdraw. But the transaction fees are high. Had to part with $70 for $3500.

70/3500 seems to be a better fee (2%) than we can offer today (approx. 5%). We are always trying to keep the fees as low as possible while maintaining a high standard of service and support. I hope we can assist you in future trades anyway :) wishing you a great weekend.
Theif Scam Site Stole 6000 SEK and dont want to wire it back
I wired 6000 SEK to them on the 25th of September 2017.
They did not want to put it in my account on their site.
And when asked a refund they do not want to refund it.
So they are stealing my 6000 SEK.
Jag överförde 6000 kronor till dem den 25 september 2017.
De ville inte lägga det på mitt konto på deras webbplats.
Och när de begärde återbetalning vill de inte återbetala det.
Så stjäl de mina 6000 SEK.
