Routed my return from the UK to Germany via the US and then said it wasn't their fault that the process had taken so long. 6 weeks and still no refund for a faulty product.

BSTN always delivers the products (in my case often sneakers) in top condition. They always have a top notch collection of the latest sneakers and luckily (for me) tend always have a nice stock of the bigger sized sneakers as well!

Do not buy from this company. The automated systems are broken and the customer service is completely incompetent.
They delayed dispatching my initial order, so it arrived while I was out of the country. When I got back, I was apparently one day outside their strict 14 day return window. Despite this, their website still authorised my return and told me to post the item back. I paid €9 out of pocket to ship it from Ireland to Germany. Six days later, while the parcel was actively in transit, they emailed to say they were actually rejecting the return.
I had to open a PayPal dispute to fight it. The most ridiculous part is that their support team ignored the dispute entirely until long after PayPal had already closed it in their favour. They then emailed me offering a refund if I closed the dispute. I replied to tell them it was already closed, and it took them literally weeks to even open that email and finally process the refund.
I did eventually get my money back for the item, but I am still down the €9 shipping fee that their own system told me to buy. Getting a simple refund shouldn't be a full time job. Save yourself the massive headache and shop elsewhere.

Fantastic Birkenstocks with a good discount, well packed and speedily delivered (considering they came from Germany to the UK). Entertaining slogans on the box. Top notch service!

First time ordering from BSTN. No issues at all. Cheaper than all other sites for my Adidas runners and one week delivery to Ireland through An Post. Excellent service, will order again from them.

I ordered a The North Face 1996 Retro Nuptse Jacket, but received a completely wrong, cheap synthetic jacket due to a labeling error in their warehouse. Support agent Dusko pre-approved the return. According to tracking, the package was delivered to their warehouse on July 28th. The 7 business days inspection period has passed, my support emails are being completely ignored, and my €199.99 refund has not been issued. Terrible customer service. I demand an immediate refund for order 14000143566.

Okay so I was afraid to order from BSTN after reading all the reviews and I just want to tell you: DO NOT BELIEVE THE SLANDER. I ordered twice and in both cases they really impressed me. The items were brand new as expected and they shipped both orders within 2 days from payment. Orders arrived very quickly and I also contacted customer service regarding something needless to mention which also proved to me that they are very efficient. I read reviews about worn shoes and let me just tell you, I ordered from Nike's official page and I received shoes with signs of being worn but visibly still brand new. I am saying this because everything BSTN sells comes from Nike meaning that if you receive a "worn" or tried out item by them best believe it came in that condition directly from Nike. Therefore, I give BSTN a clean 5/5

Shoes are very good, good quality, very nice look, BSTN habe very big discounts and i like it so much about them. Only thing that is negative is shiping time. Its says 3-5 days, I was waiting 7-8 days. But its not a big problem if shoes are good. I like my expirience with BSTN!!

It’s really frustrating to have Royal Mail delivery! I wish this could change. Anytime I order from BSTN, Royal Mail has to deliver my parcels and it’s always “missed deliveries” even thought I’m home all day everyday. When I email BSTN, it takes a decade to receive a response. Jesus Christ! I don’t even mind the slow responses from BSTN but using Royal Mail services is just frustrating
