Incorrect
I made a return using their shipping label and delivering it through the italian post office suggested by them, it's been over a month and i still haven't received the refund. Whatever the cause, i don't think it's right to involve the buyer in this inconvenience, especially after the latter made sa new purchase at the time he returned! I don't recommend this company.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. It's my first time ordering from BTSN, the shoes I ordered is over 250cad, had to pay over 100cad for custom and duty. The biggest disappointment is when I opened the box and found a cheap pair of shoes instead of the shoes I ordered.The shoes doesn't even resemble the shoes I ordered. I contacted their support, they just kept asking me to send them pictures and claimed that they had good quality controls and careful inspection over all their shipments. Last response is they will check their CCTV footage for the packing process. My experience so far is terrible. I will not buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of Nike trainers on the 23rd of February for £165. I immediately received my order confirmation email which stated that my item would take 3-6 business to arrive. I am now writing this review on the 9th of March, 14 days later and 11 business days later, as I am still yet to receive a shipping confirmation let alone my item. I have made multiple attempts to contact the retailer and have not got one response. Needless to say I will be starting the process to get a refund. Wouldn’t go near this retailer again.
Customer service stopped replying and pretend they haven’t received your refund
I recently made two orders 10 minutes apart for a pair of trainees in two different sizes. I returned both orders as one size didn’t fit and the other trainees were the wrong colour otherwise I would’ve kept them. I received a refund confirmation email from this company to say that they have been returned and I would receive my refund soon. I received one refund rather quickly but when I didn’t receive the second refund I got in touch with customer service who then claimed they had not received the second return. I then advised that they actually sent me the return confirmation email for both orders which stated the order number date time they received them, all the information. At first they said they would look into it but then they stopped replying and for weeks I have not heard anything back. They think that if they stopped replying to me I’ll forget about my order or I’ll give up so I have even contacted them through social media such as Instagram, obviously I’ve gone to trustpilot, their website and reported their website to Crime Fraud. I’ve emailed so many times and I’m still not hearing anything back. Do not shop here, if you receive the wrong order you will not get any help for a full refund or a refund at all, save your money and shop elsewhere.

And then they have the audacity to give me blame and have no understanding for something that might have been there own mistake. I ordered a pair of shoes and shorts but when I opened it, the shorts were missing. The box didn't look tampered with but also didn’t look like a box you could fit more than a shoebox in. I then used the whole day to try and call their office, calling them from 10 to 16, with no luck. Then I get an email from them telling me it must have been the post office because of its weight so and so, and that they scanned the items and no longer could do anything since I had received it 2 weeks ago. But I wasn’t home until now to check if everything was there, since I assumed that everything would be as it normally is. Then they just want to have me understand that they can’t do anything anymore to fix this??? What is this? A fleamarket? A private seller? You are supposed to be a legitimate business. Would give 0 stars. Shop at own risk

I have placed multiple orders with BSTN over time – both sneakers and apparel – and every single experience has been outstanding.
Their sneaker selection is impressive: from limited releases to timeless classics, everything is curated with great taste. Shipping has always been extremely fast, and every package arrived perfectly protected. Especially when ordering premium or limited pairs, you can really see the attention to detail.
The clothing selection (hoodies, jackets, tees, and accessories) is equally impressive. The quality is excellent, and every item matched the description and photos exactly.

No Customer Service. No Response To Return Faulty Goods
I received an item from them with lots of loose stitching in the interior and contacted them with images of the faults about returning and not incurring return costs for receiving a defective item. Received zero reply after waiting a week (they say they reply to customer service requests in 48 hours). This is not a serious company with a working customer service system and there appears to be no way to return fault goods. Avoid

Subject: Technical errors leading to cancelled order and price increase
I am sharing my experience regarding order #13002382487. I purchased a pair of shoes for 119.99 EUR, but a glitch in BSTN’s checkout system incorrectly mapped my Swedish address.
Despite contacting customer service immediately to correct the error, the order was allowed to expire while my funds remained locked for two days. Although the Team Lead confirmed the items are still in stock, they refuse to honor the original sale price from my confirmed order.
Instead, the price for the exact same item has now been increased on their website. I find it very disappointing that a technical error on the retailer's side results in the customer being asked to pay a higher price for the same product. I have documented the entire process and the price change, and I will be taking this matter further with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net).
