Emma gives a world class support. Fast and accurate!

I can say for sure that OPTIS is the best app. I think it is the only app that gives you so many options for free. It has helped my store a lot and I am happy with it. I recommend it!

I had a need for some custom work in the admin to improve my order entry at our sales counter, we use magento for web and counter sales. Esther, Millie, and LuuPH were able to get my custom module created very quickly. I really appreciate the responsiveness of BSS, I also use a few other off the shelf modules from BSS and they all save time, which means over time they pay for themselves.

WOW the customer service just called me an imbecile because they had no patience, plus every prompt they sent me was completely pixelated and small, completely useless!! but im an imbecile!!! then i was instructed to contact Trump!!! then to write a scathing email to the UNITED NATIONS ! to escalate the matter! WTF!!! just skip this company. they are completely rude, give wrong instructions then yell at you about you being upset for it NOT working!! ! this company will most likely just waste your time, CERTAINLY NEVER PAY FOR ANY OF THEIR APPS! Because they will never help you, help yourself to make them work properly!! Also they dont listen to what exactly you need so it can be setup properly from the get GO! plus you cannot adjust the varient blocks later you MUST REBUILD EACH TIME you need to add a color swatch, or anything! pretty rediculous! and NOW the same customer service rep just went into the back end of shopify, GOT MY EMAIL, and changed the password to my email where i cant get in!!
