Terrible customer service (or more so, a complete lack of it) and ridiculous shipping times, well exceeding the advertised time. I emiled direct multiple times and filled in a 'Contact us' form and all communication was ignored. Said 5-7 business days for shipping - well over a month and it's still not here. I wouldn't mind if they actually replied to an email to tell me what the delay was - but radio silence gets a 1 star.
