BS electricians were able to fit me in at short notice for my freestanding oven installation. Their engineer arrived promptly and was well presented, polite and professional. Price was competitive and very good indeed, even reduced the price when they saw I already had a suitable oven cable. Thank you very much!

My apologies for delay in posting this review, life gets busy, but I am so very, very pleased with the service from BS Eletrical!

Ben came to fix a new Ring doorbell after my old one was broken.
From the first contact with Casey at BS Electrical, the whole process was a completely smooth one.
My enquiry was handled quickly and professionally by Casey and Ben arrived within days and removed the old doorbell and fixed the new one quickly.
BS Electrical are now my ‘go to’ business for anything electrical and I have no hesitation in recommending them. Thank you Casey and Ben!

Ben and team have completed several jobs for us now and we couldn't be more pleased. They are extremely competent, friendly, efficient and professional. They arrive when they say they will and they leave everywhere clean and tidy. They have been great at providing advice where we needed it and their suggestions have given us results we are very pleased with.

We have also found that Casey in the office is friendly, helpful and efficient. The business is happy to provide detailed quotations, which they also adjusted for us twice! Billing and payment is also detailed and easy.

All in all, this is genuinely a brilliantly run business and I thoroughly recommend them.

Ben and Phil recently did a full rewire on our house we’re about to renovate. They came on the Monday morning at the agreed time, and spent a good amount of time explaining to me what they’re going to do, and going through where exactly I wanted all my new sockets and lighting. I felt comfortable and at ease with their experience and knowledge.
I popped in throughout the week in the evenings after they had left and the house was left pretty much spotless, even after chasing out the walls, and them knowing that we weren’t currently living there.
They worked on time, turned up everyday, and had great communication, from quoting, to calling whilst on the job to double check things, and after care.
Would highly recommend, and will be using again in the future

My only complaint is that Trustpilot will not let me leave a higher star rating and they deserve more than five stars as they excelled at every level. On time on budget professional clean tidy and delivered on every promise.

Bambis came exactly on time. He made a great job, he replaced the light switchers and repaired some other problems with electricity. He was very kind, professional. Highly recommended Bambis and BS electrical.

BS electrical swapped out a number of internal and external light fittings as well as some general re-wiring. I had looked at doing the lights myself but the old wires were a complete mess. The guys were on time, very polite, clean, tidy, affordable and did an excellent job. We've found it hard to find good tradespeople recently (with lots of issues), but I would definitely recommend BS electrical to anyone.

I needed an electrician to carry out a Electrical safety inspection on my home as part of the sale, l had been let down by another company and the office at BS found a space in their schedule for the inspection to be carried out, a few minor defects were identified, once again the office found a space for the work to be done. The guys who carried out the work were quick and efficient in getting the job completed, with no mess and gave good clear feedback of what had been done and what needed to be dealt with to bring the installation up to standard.

BS Electrical have rewired both my own home in 2019 & a rental property in 2022 for me. In both cases they were well organised, always turn up on time & leaving the place clean & tidy. They are happy to discuss options & look for cost effective solutions. That is why I still call them back today when I need work done.

Once again Leighton has carried out work for us to a high standard needs work done urgently visited site Thursday asked for it to be carried out at weekend so as not to interfere with work flow. Arrived on site on time carried out removal of wall not trace of dust exceptionally high standards. Would always use Leighton before asking anyone else very fair pricing never asks for more than quote - thank you Leighton and team

I was extremely impressed with BS Electrical. Casey responded to my initial quote request on a Sunday afternoon, and Ben was really friendly and installed the new socket efficiently and quickly, with no mess whatsoever.

I wouldn't hesitate to use BS Electrical again in the future if I need any electrical work done.

This is the 2nd time I have used BS electrical and cannot recommend Ben and his guys enough.They are friendly and helpful, offering good solutions to problems without trying to get extra work and the customer service is great. Never felt like there was a hard sell or pressure to do something more than I wanted.

On both occasions the work carried out has always been good and the place left tidy afterwards.

1st time I had a bit of an emergency after some DIY, and i was quoted a very competitive price from BS Electrical, Ben clearly did everything he could to get us sorted out after me leaving the house without power.

The 2nd time wasn't an emergency and I invited the guys to quote on some work alongside other local sparks, once again a very competitive quote was provided.

Ben arrived on time, done his bit and i was able to pay via BACS, so didn't need to leave money with the MRS, who was in with the kids.

We had a socket that always looked a bit ropey so we didn't use it, I asked Ben to take a look and he safely disconnected it for us. These guys have all the proper paperwork, certs and registrations and that goes a long way when your talking electricity.

I'm sure they are more expensive than the guy everyone knows that will do it for 50 quid but it's not worth the risk.

Highly recommend BS electrical and will definitely rely on them in the future.
