I had one issue when setting up the discounted software I bought from Brytesoft, and Philip in their support department sorted it out quickly on the first go.
I bought Microsoft software that currently retails for a little over $1,600 through normal channels, but was able to to do so for just under $90 at Brytesoft, without any problems with product key activation.

I've ordered Microsoft Office LTSC 2024 Professional Plus for an excellent price. The moment the payment got through, I got a Product Key and was able to install the software. Everything great, but... (and this is not about Brytesoft). One needs to carefully read and follow the instructions to make the license work and that is not easy to do for a rookie. The lower the price for a software package, the higher the requirements for knowledge. Would leave 5 stars (this is about Brytesoft) if I got an invoice in PDF (easy to print without garbage)

I recently required assistance after my computer crashed, and I needed to rebuild / reinstall 90% of the software. I contacted Brytesoft and required a 2021 MS Visio key associated with other software I previously purchased.
After rebuilding my computer, I thought I checked all operational capabilities of my computer software, especially the 2021 MS Visio software. Unfortunately, I recently discovered my 2021 MS Visio software didn't work. When I attempted to open the software, I continuously received the ("Microsoft Office Activation Wizard) prompt. Additionally, the MS Visio software would not activate by telephone
To resolve my issue, I contacted Brytesoft (Philip) who subsequently took responsibility and expedited another MS 2021 Visio key, in less than 12 hours.
When my computer crashed, it was more than devastating. However, due to the OUTSTANDING Brytesoft support from Philip, the rebuild and reinstallation of software was simple.

Terrible, this site is a scam. They received my funds and then cancelled my account without any recourse to find out why or even to find out the nature of their supposed ‘breach’ of terms and conditions. Support ticket lodged immediately and answer was a simple no from their staff regarding my request to provide details of alleged trigger to cancel my account (no date, nature of issue or content report). Do not waste your time investing in their service it is an absolute scam.
