I bought some clothes from these cowboys. They didn't fit but they made it very hard to arrange to return the goods. No info on their website. I sent the goods back but have not received a refund. Their two emails do not work, neither does their telephone number. I have no way of contacting them now.
I ordered a sweatshirt for my wife as a present, it came quick enough but unfortunately wasn't what I ordered. I've emailed twice now to ask for a refund and the cost to return and also messaged on Instagram with no response. No contact phone number to be found anywhere either. Terrible customer service!
The T shirt arrived and most of the writing (transfer) is missing. I have emailed 3 times with photographs, no response, cannot find telephone number they will answer either. Couldn't wear it, cheap rubbish and with postage was more than £40!!!!
I thought that maybe it was a faulty "one off" but the fact they won't respond makes me think differently!
Terrible customer service, which is a shame as the T is lovely. They sent me a relaxed fit instead of fitted T shirt, then asked me to return so they could swap for the original once I ordered, 5 weeks, numerous emails (as you can’t phone them) later and it finally turned up. I wouldn’t mind but it was still available to buy on their website, so why did it take so long to get my exchange? I was told after after each email, it won’t be long, well it was!
