Didn't deliver just took a d didn't give any of my money back or promotion smh

This company will take and not deliver and they also want complete things as well just a bad company overall just bad service no communication or anything these people are bad news please do not use them at all

I ordered FB follows from this company and never received the full order. I've emailed Dennis multiple times asking them to complete the order or refund my money. They have still not responded. They took my money and ran. Avoid brsm.io at all cost.

I first tried with their 1000 worldwide view and it was delivered, so I assumed they should be legit. Then I went ahead and order 5000 views from USA for $30 on the 29th Dec 2020 and now on the 4th there's still NOT A SINGLE view from USA or I guess, ANYTHING from them! Emailed the guy Dennis 3 times! Guess what? No response, not a single one. I was thinking maybe it fell into the new year time so they weren't working, but come one, today is already the 4th! Unbelievable!

Thanks Dennis for your help. As I said here is the review I promised. I can attest to the quality of work by BRSM. They have successfully completed my order of 10,000 Youtube subscribers. These were real subscribers from the USA. You won't find a better service, Believe me I have tried several!

I have to disagree this that last review about the Youtube subscribers. I have been working with BRSM for years and they always delivered with no drops. Felt I needed to leave this review as this is a great company with awesome client support!

If there was an option to give negative stars I would choose that! I ordered a total of 3,000 YouTube subscribers all at $80/1,000 subscribers. I started off at around 1,700 when I placed my first order and it quickly went to 3,000. Loved it at first sight but then I realized that for every subscriber I get, there’s usually a follow up email sent to my email that’s linked to my YouTube account. I received 0 emails about a new subscriber so I felt like something was off but, giving it the benefit of the doubt, I ordered another 1,000. It went up to 4,000 within 24 hours and it was super exciting to see, at first. I then noticed my subscriber count the next morning dropped immensely by 1,000. I emailed their “support” email and got no response. Again, giving the benefit of the doubt, I waited and it seemed that same day it went right back up to 4,000 subscribers so I ordered another 1,000 since it seemed all was well. At this point I have paid this company $240. Next morning everything happened again where I lost 1,000 subscribers that seemed to have refilled throughout the day. Their website claims these are real and non drop subscribers but the fact that YouTube’s algorithm drops 1,000 like nothing tells me differently so I emailed them to get a refund on my last 2 orders since the status of them on their website shows “pending”. No response and it’s been almost a week. This is infuriating for new channels that are trying to build their reputation to see one day that people see them at 4,000 and the next drop to 3,000. A couple days ago I was at 4,000 and today I am at 2,700. A 1,300 lose in subscribers in just 2 days! This goes to show these are all fake accounts and the fact that they just took my money and ran goes to show how pathetic these people are.

BRSM is one of the only companies I deal with for Instagram marketing. I highly recommend!

Very happy with their work. When I checked the analytics all my Youtube views were from the USA. It is refreshing to have a company do what they say they are going to do.

I really didn't know what to think when I ordered Twitter services from BRSM.IO but I am super pleased with their work! Dennis answered all my questions and the orders came on time and I got all real USA Twitter followers. I can recommend to try their service.

Do not use this company!! They are Frauds and will ruin your accounts. All they did was sent me spam which hasn't stopped, I've been sent 1000 spam/blank accounts daily for 2 months now - they don't reply to emails, their phone number doesn't work, they don't respond on social media & there is very little information about their business. Worst decision I ever made, have ruined my social media, when they finally do reply (sent 30+ emails) it's dismissive. Don't give them your money, awful company, terrible non-esistent customer service. Also their address/telephone number keeps changing, I suspect they are fake - stay away! Do not give them your money.
