This company is a total scam. Ordered a dress and it looked nothing like what I received. Tried to return the dress and they began offering me money to keep the dress. First $8.00, then $18.00. When I insisted on returning the dress and asked for a prepaid return label they refused to provide a label and gave me an address out of country, which would cost $30.00. They finally offered me $30.00 and keep the dress. Buyer beware!

The dress is lovely, it fits so well, the colors are brilliant and it’s very comfortable to wear. Overall I’m completely satisfied with my purchase!

Just a terrible experience overall. Ordered two cute dresses and read all the reviews about each one before placing the actual order. Neither looked like what was pictured online. Fabric was cheap. Worst of all, I have been trying to return as per their guidelines and they initially offered me 1/4 of the price that I paid, then 40% of what I paid. I literally started the return process the day I received the dresses. DO NOT order or use this company.

Easy to navigate the website, delivered in a timely manner, quality was good:).

Very bad customer service. I will not order from them again. I did not like the style of the dress when O saw it. The material of the dress was poor quality and the only way they will accept a return is if the product is damaged or to exchage sizes. What a waste of money!!!

Check the return policy. Website states easy returns but they will not take without a hassle.
The company is not based in US as stated. The order came in DHL package. The return address sent was from Dubai.
Originally, I was offered $50 credit, and I could keep the order. After email exchange they finally agreed to take the order back. The final offer was I would receive $105 USD and keep the order.

Easy order, relatively quick delivery. The designs are gorgeous, but the fabric is much thinner than expected...and no lining to make up for it. I had purchased these for a wedding but due to the fabric, they may be too casual. I love both dresses though - they are super soft and comfortable so I am keeping them to wear this summer to dinner, beach, brunch, etc. Will be super cute with sandals - flats or mules.

They was quick to respond to my questions and made sure I was satisfied. I like the dress I bought. Looks just like the photo and fit perfectly.
Only negative it took quite a while for it to arrive after I ordered it.
Will order from this company again

DON'T BUY FROM THEM....while I did receive the dresses I ordered and I am keeping one, my attempts to return the other three are most frustrating. They keep asking me if they can send me a fraction of the money I spent. I am almost at the 30 day window so I imagine they will keep doing this until they tell me that now it's too late. I am INFURIATED to say the least and will NEVER buy from them again.

Never got updates or order. Of course it’s from China👹. I cancelled and still waiting on refund!

The dress fit beautifully the fabric is a perfect weight. It was delivered quicker than I expected. Very pleased!

Received my order, the dresses are exactly as the are shown on the site. True size fit. Very happy with my purchase. I will recommend it.

The dress is gorgeous, good quality, and is true to what is shown online. Delivery time was also prompt. I'll order from Browwin again.

Easy to order, dress fit to size.

I placed an order which I never received. On their emails to me I received one stating the order was getting ready to ship and they would notify me. Then they informed me the order was shipped and gave me a tracking number. I never received the order and cannot find any tracking information for my shipment. The tracking number they provided does not work. Every time I contact them they just ramble, saying they cannot give me a refund, or that I need to contact my bank but never give me the answer I need, a tracking number nor proof of delivery. My order was almost 80.00 which I will never recover.

Excellent quality of clothes. Everything was true to size

This was my second purchase from this company. both times I have received items as indicated and with the quality anticipated. I am 5'5" and weigh 141. I order a medium in most items, except sweat shirts ( which I like a little larger). All have been just right.

I received clothes that were poorly made and ill fitting.
Site says you can return within 30 days. I've sent 6 messages, they are "offering " $12 to keep items that I paid $80 for. Refusing to givecm3 a full refund.

Really disgusted with the top l received today.The photo is completely different material.The picture shows a lovely linen top and l got a really cheap material version.so misleading l shop online all the time and have never received something so different than shown.Bad business.
