Slow, over complicated and RUDE

I found the service very slow and the process over complicated for what should have been a simple transaction, moreover when it was suggested a better postage option should be made available whereby the item was tracked for what was an additional 95 p I received abuse and very rude comments . If you can possibly avoid it do not deal with this company. They simply hang on the shirt tails of other more established firms in this industry .

This reviewer has never used our company. We found these three reviews after a google search on our company name. We have never used or registered with Trust Pilot yet someone can post a review about our company and we are never told. Our company name and details are incorrect so whoever created this profile is bogus. ACCORDING TO TRUST PILOT WE HAD TO SIGH UP TO GET RID OF THE REVIEWS. WHAT A SCAM THAT TURNED OUT TO BE.
