I spent time searching a good price that was competitive and from a reputable supplier browns were within all other quotes and the service was available.

I used Browns for the first time for my oil.
Efficient service and polite delivery driver.
Kept informed throughout and they were the cheapest of all suppliers and groups such as Boilerjuice and Oil-Club.
I will use again but will always do my research to find the cheapest oil.

Good price and service
Good price. Delivery on the scheduled day, driver was polite and helpful. Slight leak when filling started but this was immediately resolved.

Very disappointed indeed
Very disappointed indeed to be informed on booked delivery date of 24 December that Brown's driver would not cross bridge to my property when I had specifically requested smaller four wheel vehicle. The bridge has never been a problem previously when Browns and other suppliers have visited this property or my neighbours over the same bridge. Fire engines, ambulances and fully laden skip lorries have also crossed this bridge. No alternative arrangement was offered and the result was an extremely cold Xmas and new year as I was then unable to book an alternative supplier until 12 January. We have had and continue to have an extremely cold Xmas and new year thanks to Browns of Burwell and will not be using or recommending their service again..
