Stale doughnut
I bought a Nutella doughnut from their Redhill stall and it was so stale. There wasn't much Nutella in it either and for £2.50 it was not worth the money.
Woodbridge branch

I am writing to express my opinions about your awful hygiene and rude customer service.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the cake I purchased from your establishment in Colchester.
Upon opening the packaging, I was disappointed to find two hairs embedded in the icing, as well a small piece of what appeared to be something belonging to the tree above your stall. This was both unpleasant and concerning, as it raises questions about hygiene and quality control standards.
I had purchased the cake for a special occasion, and this issue unfortunately affected the experience and led me to throw the cake in the bin.
Frequently visit their stall in…Caversham
Frequently visit their stall in Caversham and the range of goods on offer is always amazing. The sausage rolls are delicious as are the pasty's. The bread is always fresh and is my go to for sandwiches during the week.
Top chicken samosa!
Bought loads from their stall at Redhill over the last few weeks, all the cakes I’ve tried are lush, strudel, plum tart, pear & chocolate tart, pecan pie all delish! Today I bought a chicken samosa and to be honest I feel I should have bought 3! So bloody good 😊
Rude service. Poor food. St Albans
Direct rude service in St Albans market.
The focaccia (and I say that word lightly) was bread! Zero olive oil present.
The sausage rolls (and I use the the word sausage lightly) had very little sausage.
Over £20 for poor food and disgusting service.
A chain company pretending to be local.
Totally avoid.
Selling Stale Bread.
I brought a loaf of the soughdough which looked lovely. When I got it home it was so stale it was uneatable so had to go in the bin. I did email the company but had no response so I went to the Colchester market today to tell him but was just not interested. At nearly £5 a loaf totally unacceptable.
traditional pastry and bread
The traditional pastry was really good.
The bread with walnut is horrific: you can taste the nuts but the bread hasn't had a decent leavening
The worse bread I’ve ever had from…
The worse bread I’ve ever had from bakery. Was expensive and stale. So bad I had to search up the bakery to leave a review for some bread
Abysmal customer service
I visited their bakery stall in a car park, at a location in W Sussex, at the weekend, a few months ago, it was manned by two older women, who were just glued to their phones, showing no interest whatsoever!
As I was browsing their produce (which was sub standard imo), they eventually decided to approach me, they acted in a very obnoxious, unpleasant, and rude manner!
I did think at first they were perhaps having a bad day (not that this should be an excuse for poor customer service!)
After speaking to decent staff members, from the primary retail store, also based at this same location, they rolled their eyes :)
It quickly transpired, that this had been a regular occurrence!
I would seriously look at hiring more decent, and conscientious employees, as this reflects bad on your company and customers!
Job Trail Colchester
I went to for a job trail with this company today in Colchester high street sat there for an hour for the worker to go park the company van help unload the stock and put the awnings up then the worker got back and I am not suitable for the job. I got £10 for a hour waiting for the worker to come back and then I said goodbye nice to meet you.
Bad server attitude
Another comment on the Redhill booth. Guy was rude and served someone who obviously reached after us. And instead of apologising when I asked him nicely why wasn’t we served first, he went on a tirade about how he wasn’t a security guard and won’t be able to know who comes first. Bad attitude. Will not buy from them again!!
Bread looks good but is stale

Good food never disappoints
Consistently good food and great service everytime. Been shopping here for years, never had any problems!

Bought recently Heritage bloomer in Guildford. After 2 days was completely green with mould. Not nice.
The worst experience in my entire life
I was in the Redhill station car booth this morning. My sister was away from me and I took a picture of the cake that I want to buy and show to my sister. We were planning to buy five cakes for the whole group. But the cashier asked me to stop buying and taking pictures. He told us that we needed to pay 5 pounds for a single picture.
I want to use this comment to remind people stop buying any food from this shop as they are the worst shop in the United Kingdom. I was planning to promote their cakes on TikTok. But now, I want to tell people not to buy their products on TikTok.
poisoned us with an uncooked chicken samosa
bought a chicken samosa from their stall at the Castle Bytham summer fayre
the onions were uncooked, god knows the condition of the chicken.
spent yesterday and today with food poisoning.
thanks for trying to poison us.
Flies and bees party…
The two cakes I bought there one month ago I think were quite good the only thing that’s shocking is that everytime I walk by their stalls in Guildford godd it’s like flies and bees are having a party around the cakes, it’s absolutely disgusting, how can people by cake which have been infested with flies and bees. I bought two cakes once, I will never spend a penny again on these. Find a solution for that it’s horrible.
