Dear Dr Pinny, I would like to say thank you to you and Jack on my first visit to Brownbills. You are so professional and friendly. Highly recommend this opticians.very through and caring.you are the best opticians in Kent.

Yesterday my 4 year old daughter saw Gillian. Unfortunately our appointment was to receive a second opinion from a known opticians, and I can’t believe the difference. The amount of time and care to get everything right, and the patience Gillian had was amazing. It can’t be easy doing tests on children especially with a very loud 1 year old in toe! (I really apologise) but Gillian made us feel at ease, was knowledgeable and carried out such a thorough eye test! I can’t Thankyou enough and I can say I came away with having complete trust and faith in brownbills. Lovely staff and most importantly really know their stuff! Thankyou!

Sarah our daughters optometrist was brilliant. We received excellent service and she was so passionate about our daughters eyes. Her caring nature and professionalism is unmatched and we would highly recommend brownbills. Having been to various opticians before, brownbills have gone that extra mile and will be more then happy to use them in the future.

I recently accompanied my 94 year old mother to her appointment and was hugely impressed with the friendly and caring service. I cannot praise them enough!

I’ve used a number of Optometry practices over the years and have settled very firmly on Brownbills. All the staff are very caring and have looked after my eyes for some years now. The quality of the spectacle lens products are superb and the fitting and adjustments they give match the product. In fact I was so happy with my intermediate/reading specs (with a bit of distance added) that I so desperately needed for my workplace, that I had a second pair made which I use specifically at home for reading that also allow me to see out to my computer at the same time. LOVELY! One pair just couldn’t do it all and with my two pairs I am now absolutely covered. The appointment time is much longer than other places and that gives you time to really be understood and I was thrilled to have the OPTOS scan (panoramic back of the eye photo that shows so much more than the usual “free” photo that other places offer). All for a very reasonable fee. You don’t feel rushed at all and I felt like I was really being looked after with time made to explain what was happening with my eye focus. Very reassuring.
Dr Pinney monitors my dry eye condition and with his constant support I now manage it much better (with the help of the correct products).
